I just got my eyeglass prescription filled. Stephanie helped, she was very patient and offered her honest opinion on the frames that looked best on me. She was friendly and professional!

DO NOT buy your prescription eyeglasses here.
The Indian lady working the register SCAMMED me by asking me if I wanted "insurance" for my eyeglasses which was $20. Mind you, all eyeglasses bought here automatically come with insurance. I didn't realize this until I tried to re-shape my eyeglasses to try to get another frame, but they didn't help me because the other ladies told me it's not covered,....even though I payed their co-worker for apparently Extra insurance. I was not satisfied, my glasses were not well-made, and this Indian girl at the counter needs to be investigated by management or police (they have permanent police inside the store)

Walmart need a parking patrol looks like I can’t post pictures but putting cones on an empty parking spot for the security unit only ? But yet there’s a sign next to that spot that says law enforcement partners I know there’s a cop working under a contract do they receive the enforcement partners parking spot for their personal vehicle yes I am mad mom don’t have handy cap but she’s a orderly lady that need to park by the entrance need this answered

horrible customer service from the auto department. went to get an oil change and there was a lil bit of a line which is understandle, i can be patient, a young man working monday around 2:30-3 ish came up to our car and just said “what you want?” all rude and bothered then he said again rudely, “it’s gonna be a 3 hour wait” then when we were gonna leave he said “type shiit” like really? so unprofessional. if you don’t like your job then stay home. walmart managers do better and train your employees on customer service. i work at a store too and would never talk to customers like that no matter how bothered
