Every time I go after 8pm there’s no cashiers. I called placed a complaint with corporate and the amateur managers tried to tell me every excuse in the book that it doesn’t happen. Mind you this happens every time I go. This time again today it happened and told Albert the manager on duty that this is happening again and I’m letting you know to your face so when I place the complaint again you will not tell me it didn’t happen. Ridiculous I don’t understand how hard it is to fully staff a store like Walmart considering they had several employees just standing around it’s crazy. Management has no idea what there doing

Look, honestly, the store is in a great location. There's a lot here and it's organized well. There's more items on these shelves than at the neighborhood market off Hondo pass for sure.
However, if it's 6 am, and I'm at the self check out with a small basket of items. I'm already there early on purpose to beat the daily traffic shoppers, why would the machine RECOGNIZE THAT I RANG SOMETHING UP, CHARGE ME FOR IT, BUT THE CAMERA SAYS IT'S A POTENTIAL MISSED SCAN?
Look, if I were to ever go against my morals and choose to steal anything, it DEFINITELY WOULDN'T BE FROM HALF ASS WALMART.
Why TF don't these machines respond this way when the item being purchased is expired?? Or if there's a recall on it??
Those rude woman at the door that never say thank you have a great day to other woman leaving the store, but say it to every single dude that walks out could get behind the counter and ring the stuff up like they used to. They're paid enough.

Always have problems getting a cashier. Was 750pm and no cashiers present. After checking myself out I asked for a manager and Albert who claimed to be the manager said it was because he was on lunch? I had to check out almost 300 dollars worth of food because he couldn’t have a register open? There were several people watching the self check out this behavior and lack of care is unacceptable and does not represent the standards set by Walmart. I understand if I had one gallon of milk but this is by far ridiculous and not the first time this has happened. Reading the reviews others are having the same issues hopefully corporate can address these issues something is seriously wrong with the way this store is being operated

Lazy low quality cops and security are sitting inside the doorway watching guests almost get ran over in the pedestrian walkway by trash drivers.

store is set up in a way that you can find all the things you are needed, quickly and without the hassle of going to a larger wal mart supercenter. or makeing multiple stops like with other grocery store around. store is very clean and very rearly are the shelves not neat and fully stocked, the staff has always been super friendly and eager to assist in any way they can. from actually showing you where a item is as opposed to just stating an isle number, and also if item is missing are willing to go into the back storage to ensure they are out of stock of missing item you are resquesting help with. if possible will be doing most shopping here or walmart supercent not far from this location
Update oct. 2024.... they recently remodeled a few isles and it seems there is more inventory available of different things not before offered in this store which makes things more convenient then having to go to the super center. And the staff are very friendly and accomidateing, maybe more so now then before.

Ever since they decided to redo the store they have removed many essential quality items and replaced them with cheaper quality items, or removed them altogether. It's not the same anymore. It's not like we can't afford quality items in this neighborhood.

If I’m asking you a ? And you can’t hear me because your drive through speaker is not working properly that’s not my problem why have an issue! Also if I’m asking why my prescription is higher than last time why have an attitude? Krystal is you don’t like dealing with people and don’t like being a pharmacist tech I suggest you go back to school for something else or find a different profession! You do not have customer experience by rolling your eyes at the window when asked a question! This pharmacist will lose a lot of people with your attitude!

Really bad service
I had to transfer to another pharmacy because they would send the messages stating that my medicine was ready, I would go pick it up and they would tell me something different every time
Like my medicine was not ready and second time that they didn't have it in stock that they had to order it and different things every time I would be going back and forth. They are the one's doing their job incorrectly and still give u and attitude when u get mad at them.

Poor customer service! March 25th around 12:45 pm at the self checkout, my daughter (child) asked for assistance. The attendant (ugly old woman, glasses, grey and black hair pulled back, hispanic) yelled at my daughter, stating she was "already doing it". This startled my daughter. The attendant wouldn't even address me on my way out as i wanted to address the situation. This worker was rude and needs social skills in the work setting. Next time I'm getting names and making formal complaints.
