50 mile an hour winds zero visability at times traveling in my RV went inside and asked a manager if I could park overnight he said yes he understands then security told me i need to leave no matter what the manager said

Horrible experience with so called managers i e leads, coaches, whatever.. The corporation tells them they are managers but they are poorly compensated as well as inexperienced and of no service to customers. No problem solving skills to get to a solution for customers. This happen in the auto center. I have a ever start Wal-Mart battery where I noticed hesitation upon starting so I went for a check. The lady said it would take 2 hours to charge. I said this was my second time I had come here about this battery and they just replaced. So I asked for a manager she had a lady inside try to assist but during that time another employee was on his way home who chimed in some way. He tells me he can't service my battery and had to ask for further clarity. He said the battery had no reading and there was a fault code. Which said the battery was dead, no ish Sherlock. I said can I speak to the store manager and his response was he's not in so he gets a person he claims is his supervisor. The supervisor seems to be taking his lead from the guy who says he can't service my battery still under warranty. Ultimately the coach or whatever said we can replace the battery but you must sign a waiver. All this made no sense while Frick and Frack was sorely lacking in managerial skills. So the next day I went to another Wal-Mart and this guy hooks the battery up to a different machine that showed it was a bad battery and replaced it under my warranty. There was no back and forth with inexperieced so called "managers" but only taking care of the customer.
Between Frick and Frack, so called "managers" at your store they could not think of using the larger machine at your store. Those handheld readers for battery checks give false readings. I had Autozone use that same handheld reader and it did the same.
I give you this scenario of me the lone customer going against 2 so called managers. Here in lies another problem, instead of pulling the obviously confused/wronged customer aside these two like street thugs faced off with the customer. Once it is escalated the employee should be asked to stand aside.
WALMART YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!

I heard on P A a promotion for a cell phone activation free, when we went Nataly aka Beckie from service was nIce but we waiting more than hour to try to get a new service and still 24 later the cell phone don't wk ,I paid full payment up front and still no service I highly don't recommend this service from Walmart cell phone personal

I do curb side pick with the expectations of what I ordered being loaded into my car. Only to discover missing items. Last time I checked paying for an item and not receiving it is theft. If I stole an item walmart wouldn't wait 10 days to charge me with theft. Why should I have to wait 10 days for a refund.

The dressing rooms don’t open until 10 and no one in the entire store has a key or knows how to open the door before that time. I am a full time student of architecture. I work two jobs and I have five children. We are military so we don’t have family here for babysitting just to go to Walmart. Needless to say my time is very limited. After the birth of my fifth child I need to try on some new tops for work as my body is changing. I went to Walmart with it being one of the only things open before 9 or 10. But I was rudely shut down by the nearest employee and was told no one could help me open a fitting room and to leave all 10 items there….I spoke with the manager Josh who informed me “that’s just always how it’s been” lol SO if you are a busy hard working human and you need to get anything done just make sure you schedule it around their time because no one will help you out. Or just do what everyone else is doing and try your luck with Amazon and hope it fits. I’ve never ever had a good experience here. And grocery delivery is a hot mess. Not trying to be a Karen just want a decent Walmart.

Suspicious Activity at registers! Payment failed but got notification of a fraud charge from my bank on my phone. Associates acted Suspicious and unhelpful. Had to notify my bank to cancel charge resulting in debit card being locked. Manager Joe was very unhelpful as well.

I love the store but 2 things get on my nervous about this location. 1 the employees love to use the family restroom when it’s intended for families only an employee got upset with me once because I had to use that restroom with my daughter… seriously go to your bathroom. 2 it’s always hot in here no matter what time of the year, please fix the air.

Yesterday 5.2.2024 there was a big system problem with the app. As I tried to get my delivery fixed two ladies from the pick up department were absolutely awesome, Kimberly and Mina. Mina went as far as call me twice to follow up on my order. I am absolutely impressed with their customer service
