I bought gas at a great price. Unfortunately, there was a VERY inconsiderate young female who parked her car in front of a gas pump supposedly so that her “friend” could go into the store to obtain money to buy the gasoline. I waited behind her for 15 minutes before I realized I should go to another pump. Her friend eventually appeared and the car drove off WITHOUT buying any gas!

Managers are extremely rude with customers at this particular store. It is the second time I ask for information about an item with a yellow clearance label and they rip the label and hide the item. Probably they are just keeping the clearence items for themselves.

I made an order online for some reading they canceled it. So I called them to find out why. The supervisor named “ Brandon” told me they do that sometimes cause of the amount and time of the order. and there was nothing he could do about it. When I told him it was not a mistake and I want my order. Well he pretty much hung up on me. So I called back. He gave me attitude telling he already explained it to me and was going to end the call. He did.
From a “family” place that Walmart claims to be. I expect better from customer service especially from a “ Supervisor”
Be better Walmart.

Today will be my last day visiting this Walmart. I constantly have issues with their receipt checking policy. Today I was trying to park in the parking lot and this truck is blocking me from parking for no reason and the people inside proceed to try and get into an argument with me because they were just sitting in the way of mutliple open spots for no reason and wouldn't move even after I told them I was trying to park behind them. I drove off to park somewhere else because they wouldn't move and as I drove past them he flips me off and cusses at me out the window when they were being ridiculous. Turns out this guy was dropping off his girlfriend or whatever who works at the bank inside of walmart and they then went to the front entrance and parked in the fire lane for almost 5 minutes to drop her off. (I parked multiple lanes away and walked all the way to the entrance and she was still in the truck talking to him while there were multiple cars waiting behind them trying to find parking). I purchased my items and complained to a manager about the bank employee and their actions and then proceeded to the exit. Lady at the door decides to harass me and sort through my bags questioning me about how many items I paid for even though I showed her the receipt and only had one bag of yogurt. I am sick of this walmart and their joke policies that they only enforce when it benefits them and does nothing for their customers. One bag of yogurt and you think you can go through my bags of personal items without my permission after I had paid for them and put them in a bag and showed you the receipt. What an actual joke of an experience. Last time you broke HIPAA regulations and demanded to see my father's prescriptions as I was leaving because I didnt have a PILLOW in a bag. Stay far away from this place, the walmart by Franklin on Resler is 10000% better even if it is not a supercenter.
