Was there shopping this morning and I was in electronics and I needed assistance. I saw an associate moving around some TVs and changing some prices so I walked up to the associate and I said Miss can you help me with electronics she snapped at me and she said no associates name was Rosario. This will definitely hinder me purchasing electronics from Walmart in the future.

Worse costumer service. I tried to cash my check but the girl didn’t wanted to help because of my ID. She was rude and unprofessional. I when to another Walmart and they helped me. She need to get fired is not the first time she acted like that.

Employees not very helpful asking where items are. I would suggest maybe showing your employees where items are located in the store. So they can help people when they come in instead of telling The customers The item is somewhere on the other side of the store. I would suggest further training on where items are located for your employees. It's like asking a person off the street. Where a item would be in your store useless.

Absolutely horrible service when asking for things in the deli both the white tall girl and the short Mexican with glasses are very rude and disrespectful. Not only to myself but all the elderly people asking for help. This wouldn’t be happening if you all would be prepared

This Walmart off paseo is the closest to my house and sometimes I go to the one on 101 E Redd. I take advantage of doing pickup and LOVED IT cus I help take care of my elderly parents close to 80 years old and I most definitely don't trust shopping in the stores. If I can avoid people as much as possible to prevent my parents from getting sick I will. But Walmart you've gotten terrible. I'm so disappointed in both stores. 3 purchases I've made this month and every purchase I've made I was missing an item. I've never, ever gone thru this before. This store on Paseo Sep 1st claimed I picked up a body pillow when it was never placed in my car. I thought it was going to be shipped until I called the 1800 line and they told me it shows picked up it was not going to be delivered so I had to get a refund on this GIFT I had for my niece for her Birthday which was the next day. I went to 101 E Redd Walmart on Sep 3rd thinking my chances were better with different merch, I was getting sports bra's delivered to my house. I work from home, I have cameras, and I have 4 dogs who easily alarm me when anyone has shown up. The entire day I was waiting for the delivery and all I got was a message that it was delivered? To where? When? There I go again calling the 1800 line to get a damn refund. And NOW the most recent purchase which was yesterday Sep 12, I did a pickup at the Paseo store and I'm missing the instant Coffee. Seriously. WHAT THE F**** I appreciate customer service for refunding my money back they have always been amazing to me but it's upsetting all around. I was informed all this has been reported to the stores management team and to their corporate office which I hope something does happen. It's ridiculous having to go thru this whole a** process when I'm not even the one touching the merchandise until I get home. I sure as hell do not want to be baby sitting every employee and making sure all the items are correct. I really hope you guys have cameras for stuff like this. I NEEDED those items and being told to just reorder them is not that simple and for what so I can go thru this crap AGAIN? You're losing your touch Walmart and seems like you're being robbed, maybe trying to pin it on your customers for them to not receive their stuff. I work for customer service for 20 years THIS is unacceptable... I hope there's a paper trail for all this nonsense. DON'T CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR ITEMS WE DON'T RECEIVE.

We are painting the wall to our privacy garden and needed painting supplies, and this Walmart location is very close to our house.We must return as it is clean, organized, and we found every single item on our long list!I also found some adorable Sam & Libby shoes on clearance for nine dollars! ?

I Love this Walmart! Workers are always friendly and helpful and it is easy to run in and out. Items seem to be well stocked and there are plenty of cashiers on hand, or if you prefer you can use self checkout. I have 2 Walmarts that are closer to me the Neighbor hood Walmart on Resler and the Walmart on Mesa. I place my delivery orders from this Walmart only.

Joaquin was our check out associate today, and he did an exceptional job! He bagged our groceries according to its category. We were like WOW! We brought our own bags and he bagged them: delicates ( eggs, bread, etc.) Frozen & meats, produce and etc. This kid needs a RAISE! WAY TO GO JOAQIN! Above & beyound!

We go to this store often since we live in the Upper Valley. Although it is always busy, employees are helpful and when it comes to paying the process is usually very fast now with more registers.

Took truck for oil change and replace batteries. Told they didn't have oil we needed, went and looked on shelves, there's the oil. Then they couldn't figure out how to charge for oil that came off the shelf, then they didn't have filter, had to go find filter for them. Then they couldn't get bolt that holds battery off so we had to bring batteries home to put them in ourselves. What the hell?!!!

Worst customer service and the police officer has no moral with older people you guys should hired professional people that are willing to deal with people check you cámara at automotive so that you could see your employee yelling to a older customer and calling them stupid. Customer are not first for you guys
