Needed some boots for tonight, was provided my size but zipper was stuck. Asked for another pair since they did fit, it was just the zipper issue & was rushed out to leave saying she could no longer service me 10 minutes before closing.

I bought a pair of heels for my daughter because she was part of a quince court and the same day she wore them for less than an hour the heel came off. Shoes are cheap quality, I paid $39 .

Bad service from the manager. I arrived at 6:20pm and he said he could only show me two pairs because he didn't have time and had to saw. When I travel from far away just to have him tell me like that. I better retire
