A quick review to get their attention: I'm not certain if this has been fixed yet or not but when I stopped by their drive-up ATM this morning to deposit cash, I put in my pin like normal and selected the large green button below the pin (which always the make-a-deposit button) and then had to hit cancel very quickly as they switched the button to "Withdraw $400". It wasn't until after I hit cancel multiple times that I saw the notice that the machine currently wasn't taking deposits.
I understand that machines break and the inability to take deposits. That's fine, just inconvenient. The fact that someone decided to replace the deposit button with a withdrawal button...and a withdrawal of such a large amount...just blows my mind. I'm glad I didn't have that amount in my account at the time (I received a text and email message saying my card had been declined). I wonder if anyone accidentally made the same mistake I did and ended up with $400 cash that they then couldn't redeposit into their account....

I understand the importance of having an appointment when seeking help with your account, but it is unreasonable for a bank not to be prepared for walk-ins. None of the six people who walked in mid-day on a Thursday had appointments, and with the ONE official there, I watched as three people walked out. I waited for TWO hours, only to be told that there were appointments scheduled and I would have to wait. I will not be opening the account I had planned to open for my daughter with Wells Fargo. I may even close the accounts that I have. Their customer service SUCKS.

Unfortunately, I am a Wells Fargo client with personal and business accounts.This branch has an officious notary that snoops through affidavits. She does not understand the scope of responsibilities, as a notary, to an affidavit.Let's say you have an affidavit involving a vehicle in some way. The notary will insist she needs to see the vehicle (because of course, the vehicle is mentioned in the affidavit she snooped through), the title of the vehicle, ensure the color described in the affidavit is not off by a shade; maybe proof of insurance?Do not waste your time and effort using the "free" notary service at this branch.

Been to this Branch numerous times hoping for better service. Not customer friendly or orientated. Was given and told to call for an appointment and no answer on number provided.

The guy who attended me today, after told me that i had to make my deposit at business cashier he decided to take my deposit but he purposefully made waiting for a long time to take back my receipts, and when he showed up again by the screen he remembered me next time i must go to the another drive way.... seemed he made wait so long purposefully
