I have banked at Wells Fargo for more than 30 years. This bank is dishonest. When you deposit money in a bank you must be able to trust them. 5 years ago they sent me emails that they were gonna change my account. No mention thaat they were out to charge fees. Then they hit my wallet, monthly fees, charges for cashier's checks, holding my deposits. I complained and they stopped taking my money without permission. That was 5 years ago. Now they did the exact same scam again. Sent me emails that they would update my account. No mention of taking money out of my account in the emails. Suddenly I saw money being taken from my account. I complained to Ernesto Gonzalez and they stopped. I deposited a check from the U.S. government. They held it for 10 days with no explanation. Ernesto told me satraight up that they will likkely scam me again and there is nothing he can do to stop them. These guys are dishonest and should not be trusted with your money. They know they are doing wrong and have admitted it but they just cannot get themselves to be honest. Bad Bank. Bad Bad bank.
Okay, it gets worse. Wells Fargo did not reach out or fix anything. Today, January 2, 2025 I went to print 4 pagesof my bank statment/ WellsFargo issoanti customer.that when yougo to print the options are "everything" "Odd pages" "even pages or "custom." Under Custom I rint pGES 1-4. bUT NOT NOW! tHAT OIS NO LONGER AN OPTION. Who is running this bank of customer hate? I suppose I could wait for Ernesto to give me a call. Hell no. No interest in customers.

They do not take walk ins, unless you want to wait for 2+ hours until someone cancels their appointment
You can’t even leave and be let known you are going to be seen soon, so youll just waste time sitting around until they call you up “if they have time”
Maybe have a banker only taking walkins?

I've been a customer for about 10 years, I went to open an account for my wife at this branch. They put us on a wait list, we waited almost 2 hours when we called it a day. In the entire time I just saw bankers walking around talking to eachother until their appointments arrived an hour or so later. In that time they waited for their appointments they should have assisted. I then asked to make an appointment and I asked how long is the wait with an appointment and I was told about an hour and a half, don't waste your time at this branch go to another one

Poor management. Management will watch employees get slammed and do nothing to help. Literally just watch, my work banks here so I'm forced to deal with this, this is the only location I've been to that is like this. 35 min to get change. 20 min of that nobody even behind business services counter. Every time

It's very hard for me to be impressed with customer service, but Diego impressed me. He was able to interact with me and complete my transaction, and those of the people in front of me, very quickly. I did not feel rushed. I did not feel like he was rushed, and somehow he completed my transaction within a minute. He took care of half the line all on his own and didn't even look stressed or annoyed.

This wells fargo is getting worse and worse..so I need to make a deposit business and its closed and i have to make a long line for business deposit... This is so dumb

Don't go to this branch. Worst customer service and there's only 2 tellers with a line of approximately 15 customers waiting. The manager lady was super rude and didn't allow me to get the money I had requested. Never going back to this location.

Business department is the worst, it's either closed or there's always a long line and only one person helping out. Associates are constantly just walking around talking with one another. It's always a drag coming to get change or make a deposit for our business. If you do come to this branch be ready to stand in line for a good 40-50 min
