I went to open a savings account and Brenda Lozano was more than happy to help me out with no appointment. And she was pretty nice to me. She explained me everything about my new card and other accounts I have there.

Always so understaffed and take so long. Long line plus they no longer have a business line. Please minimize the talking. Plus they pull a front line worker to work the drive thru lane, leaving only one to work the line.. SMH...no managers, no sense of urgency, no apologies for the wait time...time to take my business to a more efficient bank?

I have never seen more than one clerk assisting cuatomers. Wait inside is awfully loooong, and apparently no supervisors to address such issue.

I see reviews from over a year ago complaining about the same thing I’m about to complain about. The drive thru wait time! ITS RIDICULOUS!!!! And WellsFargo has yet to fix the problem!My son and I literally go buy a cheese burger because we know we are gonna wait in line. We finish our meal and are STILL WAITING. I hate coming to this bank! Its useless! Especially employees are standing around laughing and 4 cars behind me and 3 other lanes filled up with 4+ cars. I would name the employees but non of them have name tags on. I fell bad for the last car in line because its 4:42pm and at this rate only one more car after me will probably gets assigned and the rest will need to come back tomorrow.

Terrible wait time have gone 3 times in last 2 weeks and waited in line for 30 to 55 mins come on Wells you have the money if you will quit hiring politicians!

I arrived for my 11:00 appointment at 10:53. They took another walk in instead and made us wait more than one hour for our visit. This is ridiculous. Two weeks prior I tried to open an account as a walk in and they did not allow it. Made me make an appointment and stressed that I must be on time or I would be skipped! Terrible customer service! I don’t understand why they only have 1 banker and at that the people they have are terrible! Once they called us, we were obviously in a hurry after waiting over an hour and the guy still attends to a full lobby while the "manager" is nowhere to be found, then we are not attended to until after the bankcloses and he tells us "give me time to go get a cup of water for myself". like wth where is Wellsfargo customer service recently this is the second location that we have a bad experience.

12 people inside in line and they only have 1 to 2 tellers working inside. Horrible customer service!

I don’t understand why the drive thru service is so slow. Waited almost an hour just for someone to come help at the window. Isn’t the whole point of drive thru that it should be faster than going inside? It’s not even like there’s a lot of cars they need to take care of I got here and there was only one car in front of me and still it took them forever to come help. People have things to do, specially when it’s in the business line and we have to get back to work. It’s frustrating that this is almost a daily thing. Something needs to be done about this.

I got here a minute after they closed but Celia the branch manager was so kind to let me in to pick up my currency I had ordered. I really had to leave EP the next day before they opened so this was very helpful!

Super slow drive-thru, even in the commercial line for businesses. Very frustrating when you have to take care of other things with limited time.

We have never actually gone inside but we use their ATMs on occasion (my gf has USAA so she can use any ATMs and not get that service charge) but everytime we have come to this location, everything has been great! Their machines are always working and the lines aren't too long if you go before 4pm!

Bankers at this location do not know how to transfer calls to their managers without hanging up the line, much less do they know about business banking laws and regulations. Your better off going to a different branch, or another bank, for all of your business banking needs.
