They always close early especially on Friday. As you can tell I never leave reviews but wow. What a unprofessional bank your running for people trying to get to you and closing early on them. And to top it off the "gentlemen" that closed the door early, laughed at me when I tried openening the door. It's happened before but today... (deep breath) is the reason I leave this review :/

Would be zero stars if it weren't for Adrian, he helped me open my account and was amazing. However the past couple of visits my interaction with the teller Christian has been horrible. She has absolutely no customer service, very rude and has a horrible attitude, not to mention she isn't even dressed professionally. The interactions with her makes me not want to come back to this branch. They are also very all over the place, one person will tell you one thing while another will say something completely different. Very frustrating!

Terry is the only reason why they get a four star review. I've never walked into a Wells Fargo and seen so many people doing nothing. Even though
there was a line, everyone else was standing with their sticks in their hand. I hope she, Terry, gets paid more than the other girl that was just laughing in the background while the line was forming. So useless. Terry was so good with my son, he went in asking for temporary checks for financial aid, instead she gave him something better, she gave him direct deposit paperpwork that he could turn into school. She was sweet, patient and quick. Thank you Terry.

Wells Fargo has to be worse bank, only come here to deposit for my company. They always have 1 or 2 tellers and a line of people. Why would anyone bank here!!! 0/10

This bank is a joke they have all these lanes at drive thru only 2 opened. And they have very little parking. Inside is the same long waiting this is every day at this Lee Trevino location. Sorry but it's very bad here.??????????

This bank has got to be the worst bank in all of El Paso. I went through the drive-through to cash a check that I received. The lady in the drive-through told me she would not cash my check because I was not a member of this bank and I needed to go inside. After being inside for over 30 minutes waiting for the cashier (Sabrina Levack) to cash my check, she came back out to tell me that they will not cash the check, even though it is written from an account from Wells Fargo. So I then went across the street to Chase Bank where I do business and they probably cash the check with no problems at all. Avoid this terrible bank!!

Overall wells Fargo is horrible. This branch is understaffed and the ones that do work there don't seems to know what that are doing.

Horrible customer service, it's very disorganized. People are cutting in front of each other. The wait line is over an hour. Most of the representatives don't know what they're doing. From the looks of it and reading the reviews nobody really cares and no one's really doing anything about the service. They're definitely seems to be a common theme. Bad customer service, long lines and no one really knows what they're doing.

Went to this location about a week ago and was turned away cause I didn't have an appt. Wasn't offered a wait time or nothing. Make an appt for other branch on george dieter for today. Still not seen. Wells Fargo bad for business

Bad service. Don't come to this place. They only have one person attending the cash register and the delay is 1 hour for any transaction to be made

I come here 3+ times/week and actually quite like the staff. My problem is with Wells Fargo. I've written this whole review before reaching half way through the line. I always expect to wait 30+ minutes everytime I come here.
But today I'm here 15 minutes after opening and it's the 1st of the month and its Friday. It's a busy bank day, everyone knows that especially the banks.
My complaint is that even when they full well know that it will be as busy as they ever get they only have 3 tellers out of 8 stations. That's less than half staffed, theres 5 empty stations. On the drive thru side they have 2 out of 4 stations staffed. They're running a skeleton crew during peak hours and are unapologetic about, saying they aren't short staffed or anything this is just how they operate now.
No respect for their customers time at all it seems. This is not out of the ordinary at this or most other Wells Fargo Branches in El Paso.

Wells Fargo representative from this location says they done have our business paperwork and want us to bring it in. We have had a business account with Wells Fargo for over 6 years – how do you now say you do not have our paperwork. The fees on our checking account have become very high, we have to pay a fee to deposit cash. Have used Wells Fargo for 20 years but think it is now time to move one. American Express offers a 0-fee checking.
