the change order services have 5 windows and only 1 worker despite a growing line of 10+ people? A couple people left the line because of the lack of service. I was astounded that a second worker came and went from the window, once again, despite a busy hour, and seemed To disappear into the back of the bank. I do want to note the workers themselves are very courteous and polite, it seems its once again just poor management on the owners and managers part. Super happy I only have to come to this bank every so often

Terry Quinonez and the Wells Fargo branch staff went significantly over and above the call of duty. Came in to the branch to open a number of accounts was treated extremely professional. Terry took me right at my appointment time and immediately went over my banking needs a coming up with a comprehensive and sensible solution to my needs . Terry introduced me to the Branch Manager , Hopitality Director,and many other Bank employees. Because I had a highly complex banking solution which required additional time in order to complete it, Terry and the other Bank officials demanded that we finished my new accounts after normal bank hours. The Bank officials stayed 1 hour after banking hours to complete my accounts. I was floored never has a bank ever gone this far to make me feel welcome to do business . I got this account about a year ago because my job banks with them. I love love love the technology behind the bank. It's the people who work in the bank that makes this entity the worst. Here's my experience today 5/18/18. I write my contractor a check, I messed up on the check and put two thousand and initialed the five hundred on the bottom. I came to Wells today because I needed cash too. My contractor was with me. They were about to tell him he couldn't cash the check. The manager then states it's for my protection that they couldn't take the check. She asks me to write a new one???? Does the above situation make any kind of common sense? I tell you, I am very nice to people but when stupid people work in places that require a functioning brain, I can't take it. So, I then look at her and say well then I'll just withdrawal it. Duh? Come on Wells Fargo, let's start making your reps have a four year college degree! I'm only giving them 2 stars for Salina, the nice woman who helped me take the cash out! For the manager, you really need to get demoted or just find a new job. Clearly, you weren't helping me or protecting my account denying a check when I was present. Cry or laugh. I'll shrug my shoulders and just laugh at this!

Service was fast; I didn't spend much time waiting to speak to a banker, and she was courteous and friendly. The only thing that happened (and this would ONLY happen to me lol) was that when I was sitting, a banker was walking by me, twirling/spinning his lanyard and keys very fast and it flew off his hand, missed me by a few inches and landed next to me. He was not very apologetic and just said "hey, sorry man". No I'm not you "man"; I'm a customer and you almost hit me in the face with your keys. I think an incident like that would at least deserve an "I am very sorry sir" but no. He just picked them up and walked away. I simply stayed quiet and glared at him. Just thought I'd share the anecdote lol but other than that I very rarely go for in person banking so I guess it's ok (been a customer for over 16 years)

Meh. As far is banks go, this place is nothing special. I'll be honest with ya, the only reason I chose this bank is because their parking lot was the least full, AND they let me personalize my debit card. The service is mediocre. The friendliness of the staff is hit or miss.
