Got 6 windows in front, 6 in back, one person working, and another persons walking the line asking if we'd like to use the atm instead.... What's the point of a branch?

I went in with a question and waited for over an hour for a banker because I didn't have an appointment. I do not recommend them for fast, simple banking needs. I called many times before I came to the physical bank because they didn't have a voicemail set up and no one would answer. Mariana Hill helped my husband his first visit and he chose this bank. I went in and it took over an hour for the front to divert my question to Ms. Hill who couldn't even help me. They're apparently too busy to handle personal banking needs in my opinion but weren't busy at all if you ask me. I will not be banking here at this location

The banker who was to have helped me was patronizing, impatient and absolutely unhelpful. She provided me with info and when I asked her questions to clarify she impatiently said to disregard what she had initially said and said I had to return since she could not help. When I asked why I was given information that she was the one to help she replied that the tellers had not provided accurate information and she repeated I had to return to see another teller, this as she stood up. I asked if she could deposit cash for me so I would avoid the line she said no. I am tempted to change banks based solely on this customer service experience.

They need more customer service reps. They took more than 2 hours to help me.

My god... I don't think I have EVER seen a busier Wells Fargo... hell a busier bank anywhere. I don't know it it was because it was the Saturday before the end of the month and everyone's rent was due but Holy Hockey. Not only was the drive thru area bumper to bumper with no end in sight, there was no parking and the line inside to deposit a check was almost out the door. (By the time I left... it was). It took about 45 minutes for me to get through the line. Once I got to the teller it was quick and painless (hence the 2 stars not 1)... but the journey.... no bueno! I haven't lived in El Paso in quite a while... is this the only Wells Fargo in the North East? Is that why it's so busy? Whatever the cause.... Never Again!

The best service, no problems with this bank in 7 years that I have had the account. Will keep this bank.
