Rojas/George Dieter branch is by far the worse Wells Fargo bank in El Paso. This branch has absolutely no sense of urgency. Save yourself the wait and drive to a different Wells Fargo bank. Every time I've been to this location, I'm waiting ridiculous wait times! Was told by teller I had to see a banker for a certain transaction. Waited over an hour to see banker only to be told by the banker I could of handled it with a teller! By the way I never did get seated with a banker! One of the 5 bankers finally walked over to the large group of people waiting on bankers to get their names and reason for appointments and was told I didn't have to wait for a banker.

When I got here I was number 3 in line. I thought it would be quick since it really should be a quick process to get a new account. I've been sitting here for more than an hour, 30 mins being the 1 person in line and still not getting called. Go to any other Wells Fargo other than this one, they only have one person doing account stuff and 2 up at the desks. Never thought it'd take this long for such something that's supposed to be fast and easy.

Very slow services only 2 tellers one in drive thru and the other at the lobby it took me almost an hour for me to get to the front of the line

I received a new Wells Fargo credit card, and when trying to update my new phone number with a customer service representative, I was told that the only way to change my number was to go to a Wells Fargo branch! So, there I go, got into my car, and headed to my nearest WFBranch, and although it was a bit of an inconvenience, I did not mind, because if doing this will help to prevent identity theft, then so be it, and more power to me! The facility is spotless, and the bank teller was extremely friendly and helpful! She did have to ask for help from her branch manager, but it was not an issue, and he was just as helpful. All in all, it did not take very long to make the necessary changes.

I have been in the drive thru lane over 30 minutes only 4 cars in all the lanes. Need to better the service.

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for 25 years. After fraudulent opening of my account a few years ago and then lying about it, covering all the info about the account,..... drumroll.....well..... Wells Fargo apologized! LOL Well, it was not enough for me. Then similar thing happened to my daughter and still, I was stupid enough to continue banking with this bank. Final draw was today when I was not able to deposit my checks at this branch because the drive through line was so long as only 3 cashiers were working and the bank facility was open by appointments only- one person at a time! So while all the shopping, restaurants, and bars are open, they allow one customer at a time by appointment. LOL You can call it safety. I call it "I don't want to work and I don't care what happens to my customers as I am getting my paycheck anyways". I am finally done with this place. Beware and stay away.

Jordan provided the best customer service we have ever had at Wells Fargo. We are from out of town and he was treated us like we were regular customers. He was very friendly and professional, really made our day.

I stopped into Wells just to open a checking account. What a mess. 4 people waiting and only one relationship manager. This bank is ready for a take over. Everything was disorganized. I did have a Wells account about a year ago and it was a totally different experience. My suggestion to everyone is to stay away from this bank. One teller and one relationship manager is not sufficient to run a branch.

I walk in and there is two full lines of people waiting while three workers including the manager stand around doing apparently nothing. Once I got to the counter the teller miss counted out deposit even while using an electronic counter. I do four deposits a day and we hand count them faster and more accurate by hand then these workers can with machines. It's sad. I think I'm going to switch banks.
