What the point of a commercial lane if you guys are going to prioritize the other lanes ? Business customers should be handled first and within a reasonable time , waited 30 minutes for the rest of lines to be moving within 5-10 minutes. It’s very frustrating when Dina isn’t polite nor working with a sense of urgency.

When I call this location nobody answers the phone! Do all have a different number?! I love the one at Gateway West by Bassett but it's a bit far from my location they answer the phone and give great service

Honestly It is sad to say that I will now be leaving Wells Fargo, it has nothing to with this branch. I do not understand what is going on with the company itself. I honestly have never had any issues with this bank until recently this year. First I want to say I had several account with them and to find out since 2018 I have never been charged a fee and thought they had stopped even though I have read the terms, but not only they charged me per account I had. I was charge an activity fee of 15$ for having a saving and then they converted it a checking just because of transferring back and forth. Then to only find out they not started charging 10$ for monthly maintenance fee when it was once 5$. Then to be told different stories when calling about it. it seems this bank has now turned into Bank of America and not letting customers no when they will be charged a fee. plus when you call to see if you can get it back. they throw it in your face of how much they have given back to you over last 2 years. I can't believe that they charge the customer to hold our money and use their debit card. Honestly they need us, because once we place our money in the bank account they use the customer as leverage to be able to lend out money to other people. yet they charge us to hold our funds this is super sad. not only that, the app has never been fixed I have been having issues like crazy since the big update with the new design not only that my wife had someones else's email under her Zelle and she had never changed it and her name is not Catherine. honestly super disappointed with wells Fargos. These banks are just a fraudulent system to store your money. I won't be surprise Wells & Bank of America come out on the new again for stealing money for people through hidden fees that have made no sense. I would even given feedback to help make the app better and report issues to help the company be betters. but in result they step all over you no matter if you try to help.

Waited an hour as 4th in their help line and never moved up in line. I wouldn't have been mad if I at least moved up in line but the line didn't move at all.
