I went in on 10/4 to deposit my check and Lizzeth who was assisting me told me that they placed my check on hold and I wont be able to get half my money the next day and the rest on 10/16 . I did not get what she told me . I got less than that . So on 10/18 I went in and told her that I’m missing $200 from my last check . I told her where is my money and she printed some papers and showed me and I told her the other things you see on the account were charged with money that I personally added from one account to another and me and my husband added money through the ATM. She said that my check was being charger for those when I told her it shouldn’t be that way . I had $ on my card if not why would I even use the card to buy stuff if I didn’t have money on it . As well I went to see if I can deposit my new check and she told me the same thing . That my money will not be getting released to me till 10/20 . Me and my husband noticed her annoyed and brushed us off because she saw the line getting bigger . I got fed up went to a bank across the streets and thank God I was able to get my money with no issue . I got home and called customer service and I explained to the man whom I spoke with the situation that is going on and he brushed me off and sent me to another customer service representative. I spoke to her and explain to her and in her own way she tried to “help” me but saw that I had the proof of everything she basically brushed me off too . I need to know where the heck are my $200 and why are they giving me the roundabout. I never had issues before but now I see why people say “Wells Fargo steals money from you”
Another thing me and my husband deposited $ to pay our electricity on 10/01 and by the next day they took the money , tell me why is it that when I went it to deposit my check , i checked my bank account and the payment was sent back to processing and they told me that some of my money from the check was taken out to pay that when I have proof that I added the money and the proof of the electric company the day we paid it .
So something is going on here and we will be getting to the bottom of it

Worst bank I've ever been to... teller turned me away after I told her that I was waiting in line to long.... WOW!!!

You need new tellers. Point blank cashing a check how do u forget to put 120 in ? Smh glad I caught it before I left. Amd how do u have 3 tellers on amd only 1 of them is taking a line of people other 2 say sorry we are closed

Came in to open an account and the teller advised we'd have to wait or go online. She couldn't give us a list of documents or requirements because she didn't know that information, we'd have to go online. We decided to wait then banker came and said it'd be at least 2 hours! This place is full of empty offices at 1:30PM!? I now realize why it has 2 stars. We'll take our services elsewhere ??♀️.

These banks give very bad service
They take a long time to serve you
They receive you without wanting to work
And they don't give you the information you need and make you go back and forth as if our time isn't worth it, very bad service that I couldn't open an account.

The wait times on drive-thru are so long. Every time I go, it doesn't matter what day or time is, it always takes me 15 to 20 minutes if it is 1 car in line... they need more staff.

This Wells Fargo branch is highly unprofessional. I attempted to open a savings account for a trust, it took them an hour to tell me the trust document needed to be signed first before they could open the account, which is bank policy not a requirement of law. So I get it signed and notarized. I return to the branch, they are running over an hour behind and miss our appointment. I return for a third appointment and they tell me I need proof of address which the previous banker failed to mention and I'm asked to reschedule and come back. They don't know how to do their own jobs... 3 strikes in 2 weeks. They're out! I'll take my money elsewhere!

It is very disappointing that they have a person with terrible service and not because he is rude but because he has an unfriendly face he makes you look bad and does not say hello and apart from that he is super slow in the self-service whenever I go and it takes me more than one hour

Terrible customer service provided by one of the associates and even worst by the branch manager, she wouldn’t even try to understand or anything she got defensive right away, what a great way to assist a loyal 15+ year WF customer. Not asking or expecting a favor, all I needed is for this branch to do their jobs I stood in line over 20 minutes for nothing while 3 or 4 associates on the cubicles just watched teller line getting bigger and bigger.

Rude employees! My mother in law has Alzheimer’s and her brother has autism, we had to go with them (obviously) to help them create a bank account together, and Susana kept making faces and talking rudely to us because they are the ones creating the account after we even told her that we have P.O.A for both! She is simply very unprofessional and needs to retake some Customer Service courses!
