This Wells Fargo branch is highly unprofessional. I attempted to open a savings account for a trust, it took them an hour to tell me the trust document needed to be signed first before they could open the account, which is bank policy not a requirement of law. So I get it signed and notarized. I return to the branch, they are running over an hour behind and miss our appointment. I return for a third appointment and they tell me I need proof of address which the previous banker failed to mention and I'm asked to reschedule and come back. They don't know how to do their own jobs... 3 strikes in 2 weeks. They're out! I'll take my money elsewhere!

It is very disappointing that they have a person with terrible service and not because he is rude but because he has an unfriendly face he makes you look bad and does not say hello and apart from that he is super slow in the self-service whenever I go and it takes me more than one hour

Terrible customer service provided by one of the associates and even worst by the branch manager, she wouldn’t even try to understand or anything she got defensive right away, what a great way to assist a loyal 15+ year WF customer. Not asking or expecting a favor, all I needed is for this branch to do their jobs I stood in line over 20 minutes for nothing while 3 or 4 associates on the cubicles just watched teller line getting bigger and bigger.

Rude employees! My mother in law has Alzheimer’s and her brother has autism, we had to go with them (obviously) to help them create a bank account together, and Susana kept making faces and talking rudely to us because they are the ones creating the account after we even told her that we have P.O.A for both! She is simply very unprofessional and needs to retake some Customer Service courses!

Apparently this wellsfargo at 500 Zaragoza does not give change. They helped me 2 days ago and now they apparently changed there rules.

I work the same hours as the bank and I really needed to get to the bank to get a copy of my direct deposit sheet for an opportunity my job was offering me.. so I got out of my work early in order to make it before five, so I did just that, tried to go inside and someone who was outside told me that they were about to close and asked me what was it that I needed and I desperately told him that I just wanted a direct deposit sheet statement, he took one look at me and went inside.. so I waited for another five minutes and someone else came out saying that I had to make a appointment in order to go inside, couldn’t the first person that spoke to me said that to me?very professional and helpful, I might switch to another bank with better service and better hours.I left very upset because I left my job early for nothing,

They need to be a bit faster at their drive thru usual wait is an hour or longer. Have been to other locations and service is way faster.

After having spent 27 years of my working career within the banking industry I find Wells Fargo to be a decent bank, not great, but acceptable for today's standards. They seem to have made good progress from their issue in prior years. The branch's do not pressure you into more products and their customer service is good. I do wish they had a location on the East side. Their is an ATM but their are times that you need to go into the branch. I have had one issue with them but generally speaking the representative's handle themselves well.

I have been a customer for 9 yrs and I have never had any problems with Wells Fargo until yesterday. I was humiliated in front of other customers and discriminated against me for being a woman. This person totally ignore me and only would address my husband. The reason for this was my husband deposited a canadian check and we were told by a bank teller there at wells fargo that there would be a 5 dollar fee and it would take 10 days for the check to go thru, we had the amount deposited the very next day but did not use the money till after 12 days. We deposited this check 2 weeks prior to us getting a notification that my husbands canadian check was returned for non sufficient funds. This check was from the Canadian Workers Compensation. The non sufficient funds they were talking about was the monetary conversion not made by Wells Fargo towards the Canadian bank in American currency. I paid my rent on time thru my apartments complex website and because of this negligence on behalf of Wells Fargo I have been fined an extra $35 fee for a bounced check that had been previously approved by my bank. I spoke to the branch manager Henry Parra and it was him that instead of treating us with respect only laughed at us and did not help but made things worst, because as of yesterday I will no longer be a costumer of a bank that treats women this way. I was humiliated and I can't not believe that the tellers there have more manners than there superiors.. I would like to speak to someone that can help me I was given information to speak to Christine Gallegos left messages and not even she has tried to return our calls. So where do i go from here.. Somebody help

I personally love wells fargo but when you're bankers don't know what their doing it's sad i love being able to go and get what ineed but no explaination of anything really does affect that customer service horrible branch

DON'T USE THE DRIVE-THROUGH! 3 people working the drive-through and they're just hanging out staring at their computers and at the drivers. 30min later, the one and only my car in front of me remains in front of me. I went inside to witness the sloth work effort they put in and was attended much faster inside from the tellers who have actual face-to-face contact. Bank is ok inside, but the drive-through service is laughable and embarrassing.

Ive been with Wellsfsrgo for over 10 years and this is the worst branch ive been to, if you're running a business and you need cash do not get it from here, drive through doesn't give out coins and you'll end up wasting your time having to wait inse as well to get it, so about 30min waiting time while being on a rush.
