Your teller couldn’t work on my deposit because she needed my ID. I have come to this branch for several years to deposit commercially to an account that is not mine. Every now and then when you have new staff , I get that they are in training or learning, they question random stuff. But this time you were denying my deposit and could not tell me why you needed my ID. I asked for a supervisor at which point I dealt with Ms Sifuentes. I asked her the same,as to why could I not deposit into this commercial account of which I have been depositing for years. You don’t or didn’t have my ID in your system because it was never an issue. She couldn’t tell me why other than we need it, it’s a federal rule. What a shame to have a “supervisor “ represent your bank and not even know why she does what does she does. And for to say she needed the ID and then the system will advise if it is required. How does that make sense if you at that point have position of my ID?

Why are all the branches closed for “weather” when there’s no snow on the ground? This is absolutely unacceptable. Every branch in the area, closed… there are people inside and not a snow flake on the ground.

Came to open an account and was told to come back in 2 days because the person who does the accounts apparently there's only 1 was too busy to get to me. I've never known a bank NOT want your money. Super under staffed. Stood in line 30 minutes to be turned away.

Very disappointed on the call when I called to see about my payroll deposit. She was not caring at all. Told me it's your company which I understand but instead of making me feel at ease she did not care like telling me Oh Well..

They always only have one bank teller. So, their lines are always so long. It takes forever to get assistance.

Avoid if you can. The wait is always ridiculous. I try to avoid this location but sometimes cannot. The tellers, however, are always super friendly when you do finally get through the line.

I had a question about a possibly fraudulent payment I received. The banker Wes prompt and courteous and confirmed my suspicions. Probably saved me a few thousand dollars down the road. ??

HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Seriously, there is no reason to have customers waiting for an hour or more because you have 3 people working.

Worst Wells Fargo, I have been to. It took almost an hour to see a teller. While in line, they had one bank teller in the front while the line was ridiculous. Also, they will give you a hard time and deny large withdrawals.
