This office has been most difficult. It takes several phone calls to follow up with this office to get them to remove vehicles off the policy as well as getting needed documentation that they say they will provide but don't. I do not recommend coming here, we made an appointment but could not make it so we rescheduled for another day. We were kept waiting for over 30 minutes!! after we were told 3 minutes. I asked how much longer and was ignored. I am positive there are better insurance offices in El Paso.
