We are a corporate customer. The rep at the bank has not returned my phone call for over a year. The same rep at the bank has not even responded to emails. It is a good idea to view other options, alternatives if possible.

Weve been in El Paso 2 years and we Love it here, and wanted to give West Star a chance as our Texas Bank. It seemed ok at the begginning but later decided to set up a bill pay to pay our bills, the first thing we noticed was the Web page format, awkward to use but manageable, some of the features do not work, so you have to completely close a page and start over because it has no links on 1 page so you have to go back and fourth , it was just a hassle and time consuming, The next thing that we noticed was the time they took to process a bill, they use a third party so West Star does not actually deal with the bills it is sent to another company so they handle all the payments thru a 3rd party, I had 2 payments arrive late costing me over 100.00 dollars. Then your register is not accurate when you use there bill pay system because they do not handles the payments of the bills...Called 3 times they were nice , but this is business, they could not help me and said I needed to call the third party banking company that handles all the bills...Over all I would diffinitely not recoomend this bank . Unless you want your bank acct to be mest up,,,Do not use this bank you will be very dissapointed.....

If they really cared about the community they'd allow their lot to be used after hours. What marks them as slimey is they have NO sign on their lot to say no parking. Only when you return to your car at the end of the night, you find out you've been towed. I'll never do business with these anti-community liars. It's a small town. This is how you choose to be known.
