We explained our income to debt ratio and Derek lied about being able to qualify for a down payment assistance! Waited until we found a home then informed our realtor not US that we couldn't qualify for the down payment assistance due to the fact that we had already owned a home...he knew that we told him many times!! He should have known that without having ran our credit and charged us $40 which I feel we deserve back!

I don't know about this bank, but I have a terrible experience with Weststar Title team and Global American Tiltle agency during buy home with cash. When you buy a house If your buyer will choose this weststar title company, I highly recommend you should ask to change another title company.

When you buy a house If your buyer will choose this weststar title company, I highly recommend you should ask to change another title company. My original closing date was until 10/31. 10/21 (Sun) : previous tenant moved out 10/24 (Tue) : I & my agent requested to have closing asap --- no answer 10/26 (Thu) : Explain by email again for drawing date because of my important busineese trip on 10/31 ---they just reply that closing date on the contract is 10/31, waiting for seller approval. 10/27 (Fri) : Asking again to adjust date through my agent --- no answer 10/30 (Mon) 4:30 PM --- Agent call to me weststar title ask closing meeting on 10/31. It couldn't do because of trip as I noticed previous. At 5:00 PM ---They want to get my sign on documents in advance, and then next day they will closing meeting without me, buyer!!!!!! Until that time, I didn't receive any detail amounts for closing from them. My account bank was closed. I couldn't do anything but only postpone to 11/6 after return from trip. Because of their non-cooporation and the lack of communication seller side, I have to pay unnecessary extra 1 week rental fee and broken moving schedule as delay even though I had requested 1 week ago. I've never seen the financial company like that awful service. The worst..
