Yesterday I went in for a haircut, my hair was to my back, I told the lady I wanted my hair under my shoulders not to go over my shoulders and with layers. It's too short. it's over my shoulder, the layers are bearly visible, and she left long hair strands that I had to cut myself. She also made me stand to cut my hair, which was weird to me. I didn't get her name, but her station was the second chair on the left side

Great customer service. Very kind and polite staff members. Loved the service and good prices. My daughter got a hair cut and i trimmed my hair. In and out in 30min. Very happy with everything. Highly recommend Adrianna. She did Exactly what my daughter ask. Adrianna understood the assignment.

Very underrated place. Maria did my haircut and my hair looks and feels amazing! Most places charge minimum $50 for a women’s cut just to get it trimmed. I paid $20 with a tip. Highly recommend this little salon, and Maria!

I’ve been a regular for over 20 years and recently I’ve been making my appts only to show up and them tell me I don’t have any appt. It’s happened 3 times and the last time I wasn’t even told until after I was sitting and waiting for 15 minutes. Then I was told to wait for over an hour and treated as a walk in. I will not be coming back because this is ridiculous.
