I have been seeing Bianca for a few years now... At first I was very nervous to have anyone cut my hair, and now I trust her to make me look good. Every time I see her I feel like a new person. Absolutely LOVE the cut/style she gave me today😍

I didn't actually get the service done yet so this review is based solely on the customer service they showed when I went in, but basically I had an appt with another salon around the corner from them and after a really disappointing consultation with that salon (Heavenly Hair) where I felt like they were trying to nickel and dime me to make my visit worth their time, I drove over here hoping for a second opinion and hopefully to make an appt. I walked in and was greeted right away, I explained to the stylist who was already with a customer that I didn't have an appt and was hoping to just chat with someone really quickly. She called someone from the back who took the time to listen to my request, offer me a simple and straightforward quote for the service (nothing like the complicated and overexplained quote the other salon gave me) and offered to make the appt. The first opening was about 2 weeks out which based on their great reviews and the upcoming holiday seemed completely reasonable. And their quote was significantly less than the other salon offered. If you are looking for a salon in Elgin, I'd suggest going here and not to Heavenly Hair.

Hands down best cuts around. Phillip is very professional & personable. With living in this town for 15 years, there is nowhere else I'd take my boys, he is keeps up with all the kids & and their crazy trends. My boys love it. & we love him ❤️

Amy is a miracle worker. Look at these pictures. LOOK AT THEM. I called with tears in my eyes after I dyed my roots the wrong color...AGAIN. Amy was able to fit me in since I had an event that weekend. She worked within my budget and provided excellent service, ON TOP of being a fun person to talk to and making my hair look better than ever! Look at the dimension of my hair--I'm obsessed! I will be coming back.
