The worker sold me a defected phone. I took it back 4 days later. It was about to get changed out, but I needed to go and get the box. Back 15 minutes worker was selling my exchange phone to another customer. So now I had to wait days to get my phone. They had it at one of their other stores but was too lazy to go and get it. So now the 7day warranty is up and they said Iwent over my days and didn't replace my phone. Short story. I did NOT get my phone. I'm stuck using this defective phone!! One furious customer. I will change my service soon!!

There was a ill be back in 15 minutes paper hanging on the front door waited for 25 minutes then decided to go in and to my surprise a guy was inside the store I asked if he wanted me to take the sign down replied no leave it on there afterwards I needed help with a phone line the guy did not help at all. it seemed like he didn't wanted to be there . I went to the manor location and they where able to help me out and got the phone line working again something the guy at the Elgin location said wasn't possible.

I was in the Cricket store, Gladis and her partner helped me and they gave me excellent customer service, they welcomed me with a smile and they helped a lot to connect 3 lines.

I got my hot spot from here but they r crazy expensive and a while back i did need my number changed because an abusive ex had it and criket wouldnt change my number and i didnt have the money they wanted to do that and it was a crazy amount to do so

Not many phones on display. Hang of them were off. Not good customer service. Asked to see a phone if they had it. Then they had it but can't turn in to even tell if it's what I wanted to buy. 8 phones on display and only 4 on!

Was taking advantage of and overcharged. They like to use sales language and technical jargon so that you don't understand what they're talking about. Sold me some in-store used phones when I ask for new ones. seems like they're always trying to scam somebody for a sale. I had to dispute my charges with the bank to get everything fixed. My bank and cricket support were extremely helpful and did fix everything. This is the second post. The posts for this store keep disappearing.
