DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING YOUR FILM DEVELOPED HERE.
Worst experience I have ever had.
Hector should not be in and around the photo department.
You have lost a customer.

There is no sense of urgency at this pharmacy. Everyone stands around talking and waits 10-15 min before asking if they can help.

I was able to get my mother in law her test strips for her glucose meter with no problem. Unfortunately at our local CVS they had one box of test strips that were expired from last year. So I had to make the trip to the Elgin CVS that was well stocked and no expired items. The store was very clean and friendly staff at check out.

As someone with a wide array of medical issues, I rely on my pharmacy to stay alive. CVS, in general, has an asinine online system and an even worse phone tree.
Today I called for an emergency refill of my heart medication because I lost the bottle containing the last 8 pills I had, and was told it was too soon to refill. My doctor and I had discussed going up on the dose, but I suppose that wasn’t communicated to the pharmacy. I’m well aware that insurance won’t pay for prescriptions if they are filled too soon, but I have always been able to do self pay if
I’m having a bad asthma month and need my inhaler sooner than my insurance will pay for it.
I called and left a message for the pharmacy, and they called back but didn’t leave a message. I called again and was told they would not fill the prescription. I explained what happened and they stood firm. I became emotional and asked about what I was supposed to do, they told me they could fill 3 days if I came into the store with my original pill bottle, as if I was some drug dealer looking to score a controlled substance instead of someone with a significant heart issue that NEEDS this medication. As stated earlier, I don’t have the bottle.
So here I am, wondering wtf I’m supposed to do for the next two days until my cardiologist is back in office. Thanks CVS, appreciate your understanding and assistance.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and informative. I will certainly spread the good word to my friends in need of a new place to call home.

Don’t use the Passport Photo services.
Just don’t waste your time. The workers there will likely appreciate you not using them too.
We came in, family of 4 with a young toddler and an infant. We took mine, husband, and toddlers photos all fine. Assumed it would be a challenge for our infant. Spent 30+ minutes and wasn’t able to get a usable photo. All fine - it happens. They give me the infant’s photo and I’m waiting on the rest of ours. I try to communicate with both people who helped me and am ignored.
They help 3 other people, including another passport photo customer, before asking me what it is I need. Turns out, they deleted our other photos and never printed them. We have to haul my toddler back out of the car and retake all 3 of our photos.
After an hour of this and two littles having meltdowns, I didn’t look at the photos until I got in the car. Two of them are blurry and wouldn’t be accepted - which is known by the staff after the number of photos of the infant we had to take. They just wanted me out of the store by then.
I went back in and got a refund. An absolute waste of time and an atrocious customer service experience.

Regularly they forget to give the full prescription or they give the wrong one. I have had to return to this location numerous times to request that they give me my entire prescription for all that is required to go with it. Repetitive offenders of a incompetency.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist provided unclear information regarding my prescription. Instead of explaining the situation clearly, they blamed the doctor for supposedly sending the wrong prescription.
As a patient, clear communication is essential, especially when it comes to medication. I expected more professionalism and transparency in resolving the issue rather than passing the blame. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and service in the future.

Getting a human being on the phone appears to be nearly impossible. Instead I have to navigate for half an hour through their flawed automated system to eventually get hung up on by a broken robot.

CVS in there infinite wisdom have now made it impossible to call and talk to a Pharmacist. The best you can hope for is that they will eventually call you back after you are forced to leave a message. My prescription was sitting there for 5 days before it said in progress. After in progress for 2 days I tried to call them to find their new phone maze will not let you talk to them, only lets you leave a message.

Don’t go buying cold medicine in sweats and a sweater here. The manager was following me trough out the store while I was shopping. She made me feel like a criminal ? I will never shop here again
