Excellent service! I really liked the experience I had at the clinic after a long time of not having gone to my dental appointment, everything was excellent, the staff very well trained and everyone very helpful and friendly. The person who attended me Denisse was the most professional and knew how to clarify all my doubts with the support of the doctor.

I needed the appointment because my crown came off while traveling. The reception personnel were very helpful providing guidance filling in the forms as a new patient and making me feel welcome. Denise was friendly and let me know what all would occur for my procedure. She and Dr. Duong were excellent at relaxing me and taking care of replacing my crown. A little difficulty with some extra dental cement but they persevered to ensure it was completed to mine and their satisfaction. Overall, an excellent dental practice.

I booked an appointment about a week in advance on Zocdoc and received 2 appointment reminders since. I never heard from the office so i called to confirm my appointment the day before and spoke to Carina who told me i did not have an appointment scheduled and that when you book on ZocDoc it is just an appointment request. But that is not what my appointment reminders said. She then told me she could fit me in and would need to call my insurance for eligibility. She called me back to say they are not in network when i booked through ZocDoc specifically for someone in my network. Once the appointment was canceled i received a text message saying my appointment that i scheduled for the original time (that Carina told me wasn’t scheduled) was canceled. This has been such a frustrating experience and i hope this office and ZocDoc can fix whatever is broken in their system.
