“My mom and I had every intention of going to breakfast at Lucy's, we had a hard time parking and we went to Lucy's and walked in at exactly at 11 o'clock and they refused to serve us breakfast, so we left and found this quaint Celtic store and experienced the best customer service ever and was pleased with thier very unique merchandise and bought some beautiful earrings. “The shop had that old school feel to it. Dorothy met me the first day not knowing about the watch I wanted to get fixed for my wife. The watch was old (early 1900s to 1920s timeframe). When Dorothy saw it, she get really excited. Im assuming it was because of how old the watch was. It was given to my wife from her grandfather. Over time, the watched stopped working correctly. Dorothy explained that she was going to take extreme care with the watch while it was being fixed. A few days later, she explained the watch was so old, the company that made it no longer existed. When pricing parts, it was damn near impossible. All the parts had to be handcrafted! So, you can imagine the price tag on this repair. May have been easier to buy a new one, but no. This was a special item and I knew how much my wife wanted to hear the tick, tick, tick of the watch. About a week later, I got a call that it was ready. I picked it up and Dorothy was just as happy for me the first time around. She told me how all parts were handcrafted and it worked. She showed me the watch working exactly the way it needed. We had a good laugh about it and I was on my way. The shop is half jewelry and half beauty products. There are multiple shelves with many different rings, necklaces, and earrings for you to check out. Dorothy was absolutely perfect and performed the task I asked. Couldnt ask for anything else. Not sure about the details of people who have left bad comments about her and her shop. I found her to be wonderful. So, I guess its entirely up to you. I know if I ever have jewelry issues, Ill come back. Why wouldnt I?”
