Thay have changed their hours and have not updated them anywhere else beside their front door. Online and through their app it still shows that they ñare open starting at 9 or 10

Went bc google said they were open. Due to no staff they were NOT open on Monday. Booo.
Edit: I let google know about hours and google updated the times. Came back and got a haircut and beard trim :)

Tammy cut my son's hair. It was his first hair cut ever. She was absolutely great with him. She squashed his fears. We had a great experience. Thank you Tammy!!!!!

409 p.m. on a Saturday, and they're posted hours says they are open until 6:00 p.m. Doors are locked. Now I can see why they're looking for help, because this place is not run well at all.

It's been at least six months since we've been back since their reopening. AJ was friendly and wonderful with cutting my husband's wavy hair. We will definitely be back regularly for our family haircuts.😁

This place was once 5 stars but it's been going downhill for a while. Might give them another chance later to see if they can recover from this downward spiral.

They advertise that they take walk-ins for kids, but when you walk in, they don’t even greet you. The first thing they ask is, “Did you check in?” I mentioned that it was my first time there, and the representative checked me in. I ended up waiting about an hour and 20 minutes, while several people who came in after me were seen first—just because they had checked in.
If they’re going to advertise that they accept walk-ins, then they should honor that instead of contradicting their own advertising. It was a frustrating experience, especially for a first-time visit.

I've changed my review, initially low due to poor staffing, which I do recognize as a owner issue, usually poor pay or working conditions. The staff was great before, great still, and looks like there are some more people working than just 1.
