I dropped my vehicle off on September 10th for a bumper repair. My initial completion date was supposed to be the end of September, then it was moved to October 16th. When I finally picked up my truck, the bumper they installed was a different color than the rest of the vehicle — one that doesn’t even match what belongs on the truck.
I expected professional work from your body shop, but this experience has been far from it. To make things worse, each time I called for an update, I was promised a call back that never came. The only time I heard from anyone was after I called again myself.
And now, to top it off, the floodlight on the side where the bumper was replaced no longer works. Clearly, something was not done correctly during the repair.
