“Originally I joined the gym to get stronger so that when I'm older I can get myself off of the floor and because someone said I was fat like my Dad. That fat comment still motivates me when I need to push thru on whatever I'm doing. I keep coming because I like the results. I've seen tremendous improvement on my golf game due to the extra strength I have. Serge Fitness has a family atmosphere and this gym family is an awesome group of people and I'm extremely thankful for them as well as Serge Rodriguez and atmosphere he provides. If you ever need motivation and guidance, he will provide it. Anyone in the surrounding areas of Elgin that want a positive and safe place to get healthy, physically and mentally, come see Serge at Serge Fitness.”
