Got to give a shout out to Mrs. D in the loaner service. Hospitality was amazing, communication was excellent, always called to check up and took time to listen to what I had to say. I haven’t had my car a year and been having issues twice with the transmission. I took it in the first time they said couldn’t find nothing. Took it in this past week on the 12th of November. The codes came up again Transmission and Computer system bad. Took car into dealership spoke with Travis he was nice and friendly. By the 14th I picked back up my car saying the just change the sensor out Tha was bad in the transmission. If a car has been to your shop twice about the transmission red flags should come up and say hey let’s look over this car throughly she has not had it a year yet and already transmission problem. I guess the computer system do not get looked at. When I picked it up I said that was fast did y’all look at the actual transmission. His response the mechanic is a master mechanic he can take your car apart in one day and put it back together the same day. That still not answering my concerns. The only reason the go a 3 star is because the friendly attitudes not the service I got
Update: 12/16/2025 car back in shop this time. The car stop on my husband and son while driving it. Today 12/16/2026 the car stopped on me while driving it. Transmission and electrical warning, anti theft, A/C buttons or anything would cut on in the car. Engine light on. The whole dashboard cut off and on. Doors locked and would not open at all. All electric warning signs just flashing. I have complained and complained about this car this is the third time same issues. Since I have gotten this car I have had electrical and transmission problem all they do is replace a sensors. I even asked could they just put me in another car. They say go see if they would trade it in. Why should I have to do this when you all sold me a car that is unsafe to drive. Travis is a nice man and got me in today and gave me a number to get it towed to the dealership.The young lady that handles the rental I love her customer service very concerned and went above and beyond. Rush when will you make it right when it just cut off on me in traffic on the freeway.

Came in just looking came out satisfied with a new equinox. At the rate and payment that met my budget. My salesman Ryan listened to my needs before offering solutions . In the end I got the rate and payments I wanted. Thank to Ryan and all the great folks at Rush Chevrolet.

Not satisfied with this visit I had my truck serviced the day before thanksgiving and as I was driving to Houston my check engine light came on. So I called back up to Rush to see if I can ring my truck again and see what is going on. The advisor said yes I return yesterday and he’s no where to be found. I waited 30 min still nothing. Not pleased with the service this go round

I took my car in for service, and when I picked it up, I noticed a scratch on the passenger-side door handle, which really upset me. How is it possible that these things happen at a dealership where customers' cars should be the most protected and cared for by the maintenance staff? Thankfully, I reported it immediately without moving the car, and Rush is going to repair it.

Great great great car buying process! It was a little bit of a wait but that’s expected when you go for a vehicle! Originally went in for an oil change and left with a NEW 2024 vehicle! Huge shout out to my Car Salesman JOSEPH CAMARDA!! This is actually my second time working with Joseph and I’m not disappointed! He definitely made the process easy and was very detailed with the process! Travis was behind the numbers and got me fixed and setup with rebates and getting me the best deal! Also thanks to Chelsea for the final signing process! All great and professional in all aspects! 10/10 recommend this dealership and the above mentioned! If you need a new car, go see Joseph!

Geo my sales rep is amazing and continues awesome customer service after the sale by linking me to Travis. Travis contacted me immediately to schedule my service. Service i currently believe was done to satisfaction haven't had any issues so far. all in all, great from drop off, the wait and check out. Great service. :)
I have had my car since September and continue to receive excellent customer service. Great follow up from Geo and service department is amazing, timely and great pricing.

As always, the service was fast and informative as to what will be needed my next service. I also brought my daughters Nissan Versa to you this past week for a battery replacement. Adrian was more then helpful made it easy . Made it happen. If you need a vehicle ask for adrain he can make it happen and if he can't then he will probably give you his.. haha. Truly a great guy.
