Just drove down to this store and they had the phone off the hook. I had did a post a moment a go about no answer. It has a great manager. These 2 dudes that where on at 4:30 pm should be fired. This now the 3rd time the 2 clowns have been so lame they could not help me.

Someone here left a utility dolly, in the parking lot. In the middle by the Pumps and the wind blew it into my vehicle and cracked my paint. Why would you just leave that there?

I stop at this location to get gas after going inside I decided I was going to buy a slice of pizza. Neither cashier spoke but I over look that part, but as I was checking the box of pizza to see if they were all pepperoni, one of the cashier was looking at me like with, so I got a box and went to pay with the other young lady. As I was at the counter the looker took the box of slice pizza that i really didn’t touch the box and threw it away so I’m looking like did she really do that. Me being me I told her you didn’t have to throw it away because I didn’t touch the box, her remarks was it was an old pizza, so I told her the one I’m about to purchase has to be old as well. I don’t want it anymore. If I didn’t need gas I would have to taking my money somewhere else. Never again will I be stopping at that location

Great place to stop to fuel up, take a restroom break, grab a road trip snack, or various food items, drinks (regular and adult), and other convenient store goods. The staff was very nice, the store was clean, and the restroom was pretty clean.

Decent store, but I'm disappointed that they don't sell Vuse Alto pods. I work nearby and would be amazing if they carried them.

Very poor service. Not a quick stop.One customer walked out after 5 min without purchase because no one came to check him out. Quiznos only has one person making sandwiches. So be prepared to wait.While waiting for my sandwich, I called the Manager "Barbara" out of her office once to service customers waiting in line. I called her out again to check out me and 5 others.Gave 2 stars because both Quiznos employee & Manager were pleasant.

I buy Shell Gasoline there. Not much choice in Elgin. The pumps are often not operative. The video screen on the pumps are barely readable. A lot of times the pump does not print out the receipt, so you have to go in the store and they act like it is a lot of trouble to give it to you. What has happened to Shell gas stations. They used to be clean and run in a professional manner. I drove out West last summer and all of the Shell stations were being shutdown.

So I am only giving two stars because the early morning staff is wonderful. But this afternoon I went in to get gas and a drink and the two girls working were not very friendly. One was listening to music on her phone that was definitely NOT WORK APPROPRIATE!! racial slurs and a lot of cusing. I understand if you have headphones in but for her to keep it in loud with customers in the store was horrible. I keep going because it's the only Shell I pass on the way to and from work so I can use fuel rewards, but idk if that's enough to keep going back now.

I stopped in for a drink and snack lady behind the counter never said hello to me instead she complained about how hot she was. When another customer asked her where something was she never said hello to her either & she again responded by complaining how hot she was. Really? Makes me want to stop somewhere else next time.

Not a single price on anything inside. This was not a mistake. They wont let their customers know how much anything they sell costs except for the gas out front.
