I went to the location in Elgin Texas to get propane because it’s cold and everywhere else was sold out there is a lady that works there who went above and beyond to try to get me propane and she deserves a raise a promotion or something she was kind and really did everything she could even though the gas station was out she just don’t even know how grateful and how much I appreciate her for trying I didn’t catch her name but if she sees this I did find some at self service at Walmart and thank u for helping me

They are over charging you for tacos and did not fix the price because they said the price on receipt is correct. If they made $4 of of 1 person just imagine how much they are over charging per day. Pictures have proof. The general manager needs to make a visit to this store

It was as good as 7 Eleven I'm not sure why it changed I'm glad it did though cause the atmosphere is great and the staff are awesome. And of course Laredo Taco there tacos are the best in Elgin.

Lady with glasses in there today charged me 6.69 for a corn dog and 1 crispito. Pretty sure the sign said 2 for 3.50. But I heard her say wrap when she charged me for the crispito. Learn your job is all I have to say.

Lady in the front will sell her friends alcohol past 12 and rudely tell you it’s past curfew but proceeds to serve her friends who laugh and talk smack to me and my friend. I didn’t even know it was 25 mins past 12. You didn’t have to be rude and talk smack with your friends. Never going again.

Store is clean, not much food on the go selection. Rollers empty, only two or three different donuts. Nothing is labeled in the hot case, so it's taco roulette. Staff is rude, would rather mess with each other than ring up a customer. Don't bother asking any questions here, they are more concerned with each other or their phones.
Kolaches were ok, but overcooked and crunchy. Drinks rung up higher than tagged on the case, they just say "nothing I can do".
Fuel is reasonably priced, but hasn't been the best quality. Better off to go to QT up the road.

Overall I would love to give the store a higher score, but the overnight guy, Mark, knocks at least 2.5 stars off. He is surly at best, but usually just outright rude and condescending. I once asked about a product behind the register because my vision is awful. Instead of reading a simple product package to answer my question, he hit me with "I don't know. What do you want?"
When he's not being incredibly rude to customers and cussing them out, he enjoys standing behind the register and openly playing with a balisong (butterfly knife). He does not have the skills with a balisong to be safely and confidently playing with one around other people.
He also has terrible cash handling skills and has managed to give me the wrong change (by tens of dollars) on more than one occasion. I've only lived in Elgin for 3 months. That's not a great track record for handling people's money.
The rest of the store is awesome and I can't say enough good things about it or the other folks I've dealt with there. If not for Mark, the score would be pretty close to perfect.

This team here. I can’t say enough about how amazing every one of them are. The crew in laredos are by far the best people. Always sooo busy and I know overwhelmed but you would never know. Super pleasant friendpy make you feel like family people. Such a fantastic group of people.

Slow diesel pump, Fuel pumps are disgusting, receipts rarely print at the pump. Overall dirty store. It's a shame, it's one of the newer ones around Elgin.

Whoever the lady was working this morning needs to be retrained. She might have been a manger- but, after waiting on her to do her paperwork, without looking up said “ what do you need”- wow and I replied “I NEED such and such”, another manger stepped up and did the transaction. She was completely out of line with her comment. Good thing the assistant manger took over as I was about to call her out. No reason to talk to your customers that way.
