Been here a few times over the last 6 months for various parts. Always have had excellent service and staff are able to help me find the best option for the repairs I've been doing. Couldn't ask for better.
Coming back 6 months later to say Louis is amazing with the capacitors and helping me find product.

If there is a place that earns its 5 star rating it is this place. They are always super helpful when I go but this last time they really made a great impression on me with how on top of it they were.
They always have plenty of people walking around helping others and always have someone by the entrance

I had an old gallon of paint where the label had faded and took it to be matched at the Post Oak Ace Hardware in Elgin. I see others were successful in finding a match but I unfortunately was not. Not only is it NOT EVEN close, it is a horrible color and I will not be using it. Out $40 BUCKS. I will be heading to Sherwin Williams now.

Working on a project for Hogeye and needing hot pink paint, I headed to Ace for a color-match. Match, they did. And with a smile. I very much appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the Ace employee who made the magic happen. Will 100% return for future needs.

Every time I shop here I have found the staff consistently friendly and knowledgable. I bought two variable-speed drills from Amazon and had to return them both because neither one worked. Came here and they were more than happy to demo the drill at my request before I purchased it.
I've come in here several times needing some obscure little part for a project, and they took me right to it without hesitation. Unlike with so many places these days, they really know their stuff and they seem genuinely glad to help. Highly recommended!

it was easy to find what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was also quick to help. I was greeted when I came in the door, and I was thanked as I left. Prices are fair and product selection is adequate.
