I get it may be an expense on your part to print a receipt of an Amazon return for my record keeping (and not just on paper but expensive labels!). But showing your displeasure just does not make me ever want to spend money at your store at all.

I have come here several times over the past couple months. I have had exceptional prints here and the customer service is always kind and welcoming.

I dropped in for an Amazon return. Two people were being waited on and one person was in front of me in line. I was there half an hour before I was served When I left there were 6 people in line during my wait three more had give, up and left. Besides the two people helping customer there were two other employees (one I suspect was the manager) wandering around who never acknowledged the line or opened a register to help shorten the line.

My husband and I have used this UPS since they opened, almost daily. There have been unprofessional moments and we have witnesses rudeness but we always go back since it’s the closest and most convenient. But after the way I was treated on Tuesday, I absolutely REFUSE to enter their establishment again. This time I had four items that I was returning to Amazon, two of which were on the same return. They were all no box, no label returns. The two items that were together were both vehicle covers which were medium sized. One was in the manufacturers box and the other was halfway in the cover bag it came in. Brian, the owner calls me to the counter. He tells me that they can’t accept the one in the box (again, not the shipping box) bc it’s not supposed to be in a box and it’s too big and that the one in the bag is too big and I have to purchase a box from them to put it in. None of it made sense and when I told him so, he continued to argue, throw my stuff around and walked off. When he came back, he started messing with other things in the store and I asked him if he was going to ignore me. He basically said there was nothing they could do unless I purchase a box so he wasn’t going to help me. He was rude and acted like an absolute child. I finally had enough of the nonsense and told him I would not be returning to their store and they just lost all of our business. He then starts to try to get me to stay and talk me out of leaving. I did not stay and I will not return. I would rather drive out of my way and interact with kind, common sense people than with the rude, childish people that own and work in the Elgin location.

When I call to ask for a price on a large box, that means, what’s the price on your largest box. Not let me measure what’s going inside the box to get quoted. I really don’t understand why they hire certain people without common sense. It’s a simple question… idc if you have 100 boxes. The largest would mean the biggest box you sell.

Super nice and friendly ladies working here every time I go in. I drop off a lot of packages here and l have never had an issue. Quick service wonderful staff at this location.

Terrible customer service, didn’t get greeted upon arrival then the lady with black hair no name tag proceeded to rudely ask me what was in the bag and as I was explaining she rudely responded “we can’t take that and we can’t send it that way” I hadn’t even showed her the email on the return yet, she walks to the back so I ended up getting helped by someone else who looked at the email and then proceeded to help me with the return of my computer stuff.. etc…. Thanks to the young lady that did help me. The other 2staff needs some work, if you don’t like your job or the people that come in I think you should find another profession.

Not helpful. Make up policy on the fly depending on if they want to help you or not. Hours posted don't reflect their availability to provide the services advertised.

Today was the first time using this store for printing purposes. I normally just do Amazon returns. Brian went out of his way to help me with graduation party invitations. They came out perfect! He’s very knowledgeable & I will use them again.

Brian and the team at the UPS Store in Elgin are nothing short of amazing. Since working with them to meet our business needs, I consistently have an outstanding experience. Each time I visit, I am greeted warmly by the team, who are exceptionally friendly and professional.
The store is always clean, well-organized and efficiently run. I have used them for several services and each task was handled with remarkable efficiency and care.
Brian and his team consistently go above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are met even at times when last minutes requests have been from us but yet they find a way to help us meet our deadlines. They have even stayed late beyond normal working hours to accomplish the goal.
Overall, my experience at The UPS Store in Elgin is consistently exceptional. The combination of excellent customer service, a wide range of services, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a standout location. I give the highest recommendation to this store and to anyone in need of the service offerings they provide.
Kudos to Brian and the entire team for always making my experience pleasant and productive!
