Lot of things to tell.
First of all Thanks to Maddy, she did our whole passport process for my new born baby.
Lots of scope of improvement by management -
1. We went with our infant baby, we booked for photo as well, but no one ever mentioned we need to take a white cloth for photos. (We had to buy in the nearby walmart)
2. Needs to improve the knowledge. She asked our visa documents original copies, to be sent with the passport application (which is not necessary).
Rest everything was good, Maddy was too helpful in clicking our baby picture at correct time (my baby was not opening eyes for photo đ
)
Eagerly waiting for passport, will update again.

I donât like to leave reviews but when a place really needs it i will, i stopped by usps store today and was attended by Ms.Tina with a very bad attitude very disrespecful I asked her if i can use a pen instead of a Marker she gave me for writing down the receivers address and she threw the pen at me and started saying Words under her mouth, behind me was a gentlemen asking for a package and with her bad attitude replied to him very rude, maybe she shouldânt be working there if she doesnât like her job.

Worst services ever. The 5 stars must be these peopleâs bar buddies. Lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. I paid to expedite 4 passports only to find she MESSED UP on our documents and we now have to cancel our trip due to her negligence. I paid over 1K and got the worst service. As someone else said, there is a reason they have availability. Do not go here and avoid at all costs. Rude people jabbering about drinking after work with a lobby full of customers. So unprofessional. Negative 5 stars!

Have tried on 4 occasions to get my passport here and have followed instructions every time only for them to have an issue with something new and have 0 flexibility.
1st issue - No Passport Applications at the office
2nd issue - I went to print my own but did so double sided and they wanted it 2 pieces of paper
3rd issue - They didn't like my birth certificate and wanted the long form which is understandable
4th issue - They wanted copies of all the documents and not the originals
I understand that I should know some of this stuff but this was my first time.
Honestly avoid this place like the plague. they have availability for a reason

Worst post office I've ever been too in my life.TINA denied me a passport because I said give me a moment to fix my hair and she was making the experience great by rushing me through the whole process so she can attend people in line and not me with an appointment. Do not go here YOU WILL BE RUSHED and lord forbid you need a little help on your first time. Asked for a corporate number she told me to look it up online. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. I tried looking up what documentation I needed and nothing on the website and I called and the phone has a constant busy signal, then I get there and TINAs being rude constantly saying I should of been prepared but had everything and did what she asked and acted rude about making a copy of my drivers license and wouldnt let me pay the 3$ she told me i needed to pay. Denied my passport rushed me and I only used 17 mins of my appointed time. 0 stars people should be treated like people not a annoyance

I always enjoy making a trip to my local post office. Warm and friendly greetings. The staff is very helpful and takes time to explain thoroughly. Sometimes even on their busiest days, still acknowledging the crowd.

very bad service , the worst post office you could go too went their two times trying to get my passport renewed and same lady with red hair is so disrespectful and rude for no reason she kept denying my application and wouldnât even take me my passport picture their ,when in their website it specifically said passport pictures are taken their . That lady needs to get fired sheâs always having a fit for no reason tries being nice but she just kept giving a rude attitude . !!!!

We went for passport renewal and were so fortunate that Tina was there to help us đ without her support and guidance we would not have managed to get our act together and send the forms properly... she was awesome, Thank you Tina !! â¤ď¸

The place is horrible. If I could give a 0 stars I would but it's truly horrible. The service online for making a passport appointment is trash, they don't explain what things will be needed nor have a list of things for people to see what
will be needed. The service was bad and just rude but a overall horrible place. Don't come here unless you want a headache and save yourself some time and go to the post office in Austin by the 290. Much better and a SIGNIFICANT diffrance in quality.

First timer here an will not return! Very rude employees all around! Also I was trying to pick out a bag to put my gift in they rushed me bc they were putting it up in the backâŚhmm itâs only 4pm why are we rushing customers an taking supplies out of lobby that we need to mail our things out 30 mins prior to your closing time?
