“One of the few dollar general stores that will carry the large bags of store brand items. I will not patronize the ones that won’t. Only want to sell the big brands in order to make more profit. Don’t trust them! If they will screw you on a few items you know about, Just think about how many other items they are screwing US on.
Only thing about this DG is they often are out of stock on
many items. Not their fault. I think HQ decides their inventory quantity. Just poor management.
These people are really friendly, and truly seem to get along with each other very well.
I actually enjoy shopping there.”
“I like it because they always have new little things that you never see before always walk in with the intentions of only getting one thing and always walk out with getting like 30”
“This is my absolute 1st choice in family dollar. The employees over work yet they always have a smile. Store is hardly ever a mess even during restock. They are quick on their feet and always ready to please. The cleanliness of the store and the employees ( definitely the employees) are reason I will only shop at this location. They should be proud to have the kind of work force they've hired!”
“Our cashier Antron was very polite and friendly. The store was clean and neat. There were several people stocking all of whom spoke to us as we walked by, asking if we needed help. Thanks”
“I have never been in a market DG. The store was big, organized and clean. They had a nice market area. Which is nice since the closest grocery store is 20 minutes away. They also had a nice section of clearance items. One of my favorite area's to shop.”
“2 almost 3 years ago, this was the worst store. Brameisha has made this store the best.. Always stock and everything you need it's there. Thank you so much. Staff is awesome!”
“It was good. My daughter swears by Dollar General when packing for a trip & I had started off with a long detailed list several years ago while preparing for mine & my parents Cruise to the Western Caribbean. I'd watched endless videos on YouTube about Cruises, What to pack, what cost 3 to 4 times more in the Ship StoresLike Advil, Cold & Allergy Meds, Cough Drops, Sunscreen, Afterburn or Aloe Gel, Shampoo & Conditioner, any toiletries.i was ordering stuff from Amazon & Wish paying Extra for Faster Delivery, going to Burlingtons Weekly, Went to the Outlet Mall to find my 80's Night Outfit and got Lucky. I hit $5 Below and Found a Loose 16 Candles TShirt & Black Leggings Big Hoop Earrings, Hair Neon Pink Hair Scrunchie, Went next door to Spirit Store Got more Neon pieces like leg warmers & Bracelets. Then went to TJ Maxx & bought a long Evening Gown that was on Clearance & Kitten Heels and Inexpensive Jewelry to match for Gala Night.BY THEN MY Daughter was like, Your giving Me a Headache Stressing about it all. Give me your List. She took me to Burks to get Garmet Bags, which she later put our names & Designs on. Then went to Dollar General and said Watch & Learn.... She bought All but like 4 of the things Left on my list which were Specialty Items for 3 People for around $120.We did the same thing last Summer before taking my 3. Grandkids to Six Flags in Arlington & The Dallas Children's Aquarium at Fair Park. My Daughter loaded up on several SPF's Sunscreen, After Sun Lotion, Aloe Gel, Advil, Tylenol, Children's Pain Reliever,Drinks for the kids, Water, Snacks, EtcThen Again 2 Weeks Ago, to take them to Suger Land to The Houston Museum Of Natural Sciences.I highly recommend stocking up on travel essentials before Any trips. Replenishing your household items after a Big Move (Which My Mom & I are about to have to do. The Finishing Touches are being added as we speak to our "Forever Home"!”
“I like the fact that I can get what I need from places such as walmart but in a smaller environment. I get very overwhelmed easily but with stores like Dollar General, I can get in and out without being overwhelmed.”
