They don't know anything about Areobic septic systems, didn't clean under the middle tank plastic divider . There is a foot and a half sludge covering the air pipes that's blowing my diaphragms in the pump . Plus it still smells from the center holding tank!
If you were ever going to make it right you should have stopped when you turned around in my neighbors driveway in that dogde truck .
And your explanation of baffle is absurd no excuses the sides were not dug up to get near cleaning the center tank was told that's how it goes just empty from the center divider with the sludge . I'm retired and home 90% of the time. But before you come by and stop to assess the problem get you a diagram of an arobic system only access is from each side !

Called on a Sunday spoke with Mr. Churchill requesting septic plumbing , very friendly and responsive. Mrs, Churchill and her assistant came out today as expected and were extremely polite. Quick and accurate on performing and completing the work. Never tried to sell anything extra. Discussed the process involved with myself and sister for my sister’s home. We have used them for our home and my Mom/Sister’s home many years and will continue for many to come. Thank you Churchill family!Service: Drain cleaning

I really enjoyed working with Melanie. She was responsive and kind person to work with. But my experience with her husband has been awful ever since she passed her husband's contact to us. Very unprofessional and failed to meet appointment times twice. Because he made us miss our deadline, we have moved on to another service provider. Do not recommend.Service: Drain cleaning

We had them pump our septic in October 2020 called them out again in February 2022 invoice stated that it was pumped and clean but they don’t seem to know where my lid is to the septic tank and to top it off septic is backed up already!!!!!! I’ve called and the husband says to call his wife she pumped it I call her and never get an answer Melanie and her husband are obliviously not to professional or reliable! I’ve never seen a septic tank pumped out a 4 inch clean out. I was thinking about a lawsuit but it’s not worth the time or money so now I’m looking for a quality professional service to pump my tank. Honestly thought these folks were top shelf but not the case Do Not Use Them!!!!
