Ok after being told 700 for my 1989 chevy 2500 4x4 only issue with it was transmission and no battery and yes I did have title in hand the driver come out and gave me a 200 doller check so I was shorted 500 dollers for everyone junking your cars plz don't do business with this company as they will promise one thing a do a nother remember a man is only as good as his word and this place shown me their not about their word. Plz call other places this is not a good business

Honest review things were roughish, but when it came to correcting the incident, I have to say wow one of the best customer service moments I have had! The store manager called me personally and promptly. He listened even when I did cut in. Very calm and understanding, You can definitely tell he is trying to turn around the reputation. He went in on a Saturday when he was off work. Then he personally came and made things right. I would say it's a pretty busy place, and sometimes it may not get handled as quickly as mine hiccup did. That's to be expected. It's a good suzed business and may be handled in a different manner i.e. over the phone, off to the side, or in the office buy after my interaction. If there is a legitimate problem, im pretty positive a common ground can be found to sort it out. I didn't expect him to go so far out of his way to make an impact on one customer. Quite frankly, I'm impressed, and I look forward to getting parts I need as they trickle in, as well as keeping my eye on the rejuvenated lot. I did like the prices online. After my aunt had called and found the place for me, I was already mapping out and filing future repairs for the many injuries on several of my vehicles. He definitely takes pride in his work and takes his job seriously! Thank you again, Paul!

Drove from Dallas, TX to go look at a car. After checking it out, and talking with the sales people, we agreed on a price. They REALLY hooked me up with a great price. The process was quick and simple. They took care of everything. Everybody there was very friendly and cool. Easy to talk to. I was surprised, but it was a good surprise. Would definitely recommend checking out their cars for sale if you're on a budget and want a good running vehicle.
Edit: After reading a review about the issue of them not allowing test drives, that really seemed sus to me as well. They at least let you move the vehicle back and forth. Well, to clear any doubts about that, the vehicle I purchased was driven back to DFW with no major problems. These cars may have miles on them, so an oil change, or alignment, or minor things may be needed. Nothing too crazy.

I bought a car two days ago. They told me that the only thing wrong with it is, there’s 12 sensors that are messed up. That’s it. Turns out they sold me a car that has no brake pad on the rear passenger side to the point where I had to buy a brake rotor, brake pads, and a brake caliper. Also cylinder 6 spark plug and ignition coil I had to buy. And there is also 6 sensors that are messed up. How ridiculous to lie and willingly sell a call that could’ve ended my life. How dangerous is that? The brakes could’ve went out and I could’ve died. That’s how serious this is. How can you sleep at night knowing you do this to customers. I knew I wasn’t buying a brand new car but are you serious.

This business doesn't stand by their quotes, and I don't mean a couple of hundred in either direction. We're talking between 50% and 60% difference. It's happened twice now and the first vehicle I thought maybe my son didn't give them all the correct info on the vehicle. When they arrived, they wanted to give less than half the quote. I chalked it up to a miscommunication. So a few weeks later my husband calls on a completely separate vehicle and was thorough going over the vehicle information. They agree on a price, get the truck ready to go, and an appointment made for the sale and tow. They arrived the following morning only to do the exact same thing, honoring half the quote. I'm not sure that it matters in regards to their pitiful business ethics and poor customer service, but these were not even "junk" vehicles. I would definitely suggest only dealing with this place if it's your absolute last option AND note whatever price you agree on with them, you're only getting half or less. ??♀️
