“My only negative is so much is crammed into the store, but the staff l engaged with at the Dollar General on Franklin in Waco went OUT OF THEIR WAY to help me find what l came into the store to buy...even to the point of finding a cart for me to carry what l bought. Their attitudes were more than helpful, pleasent and courteous.I had no idea this was Dollar General...or at least at this location bc l had been to another location where l got the feeling l was almost an imposition. Here, they try harder...just as Avis car rental said they did years ago. I didn't feel like 'just' a customer!”

“All the staff are quick friendly and efficient. Good prices and merchandise. Hopefully Corporate will change the dynamics of your doors as My grandmother hurt her hand exiting the store as she had to push a heavy door with her cane and bag in her hand. She is not of the strength and stature to do both at the same time. Motion sensor Auto entry would be nice for the high volume of customers this store and it's lovely cashier's support. But the exit door needs airport sliding action, as a sweeping motion inward or outwardly would cause potential harm to small children and pedestrian traffic to anyone approaching from the left side of the walkway. Just my 2 cents as your store continues to be productive and successful.”
“I practically live here now. The staff is always friendly. It's clean and always stocked. I enjoy coming to this location. But if the big boss is reading this... please put in an order for new pokemon cards! Lol. I always buy from this location and there are no more tins to buy! ?”

“First visit since the most recent remodeling. Outside cart returns were much needed. More of a grocery store like feel, which is a plus. Makes finding what you're looking for better and checkout has improved as well. The self-checkout register only accepts card only, but subject to change at a later update. Overall, I'll continue to return. Keep up the good customer service. Thank you.”

I’ve driven across town cause I don’t like going to the other one that’s close to me. I had to let the manager Angelique know this same thing. She was really nice and the other lady(I forgot to get her name last night) was really nice and helpful also.”

“One time, I went to this Family Dollar and there were two men threatening to shoot two other men with a gun right outside. The cops were called and the men fled. But to be fair, this Family Dollar does have everything anyone will need and for good deals.”

“I love Family Dollar but shopping here is hard as they have no baskets! Customers run off with them and do not bring them back! They should not be able to take the carts outside anymore.. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I go there regularly.”

They did get one lady back who is nice and fast and a young guy who works there is great! Speedy service is a plus, keeping the long stories about other things for after working hours is great too! :)”

“They changed everything around in the store and I'm handicapped and it makes it very difficult to have to walk around and look for things! Also they have two or three registers and they only ever have one open in the lines are too long! I hate going to the Dollar Store. I must apologize to the Dollar General in Elm Mott. I thought I was reviewing the Dollar General in Lacy Lakeview on 77 and Craven. That store is a complete and total mess! So when you read this just realized I made a mistake in the locations of the stores and I hope this clear things up”
