Our experience with Hilltop Storage has been extremely disappointing and deeply concerning. While our camper was stored here, it was broken into twice. Windows were shattered and pried open, doors were forcibly broken into, and propane tanks were stolen. Even more alarming, it became painfully obvious that someone had been living inside our camper. Items had been moved around, things were out of place, and we even discovered someone had urinated inside one of the closets. This was not a random act of vandalism—it was a clear violation of our personal space and property.
We want to note that the office staff have always been polite and kind in person. However, their courtesy does not excuse the severe lack of security and oversight at this facility. There is no visible surveillance, no fencing that deters intrusion, and no communication from the facility after one of the break-ins.The second time we were never contacted—we found out everything ourselves during a routine check.
The property appears to be largely unattended, making it an easy target for theft and unauthorized access. It’s obvious that this location has become a haven for criminal activity, and unfortunately, if you store your camper here, you may be unknowingly providing shelter for squatters or local drug activity.
If you are considering Hilltop Storage to keep your property safe, I strongly urge you to reconsider. While the employees may be friendly, negligence in basic security far outweighs good customer service. We expected peace of mind and instead were met with damage, loss, and a complete breach of trust. Find another facility—this one is not safe.

Great storage, friendly and helpful manager. I don't have to worry about my shed and belongings. Gated and passcode required, with cameras on site. Highly recommend ???
