“Great customer service. Drycleaning and pressing are excellent and well priced. I like they have a text system to let you know when your clothes are ready. They don't staple your clothes. They install tags through the button hole and / or use safety pins. I like the fact that the cleaning is done on-site, which creates a fast turnaround.
The young lady also remembers your name, which is a good personal touch.

“Always a clean environment, fresh air, sanitary bathrooms and machines. Staff is always kind and helpful. Very hard wording and personable people. My whole family uses them as well as one of my favorite fine dining restaurants. HIGHLY recommend”
“You can use real quarters here and not just a card. They have plenty of washers and dryers. Lots of folding tables and space. A restroom that has hand soap ... ( some laundry Matt's don't offer hand soap)”

“When I first moved to Waco, I came here and my first impression wasn't good but I kept coming back because it's close by. This laundromat has improved a LOT with a restroom remodel and exterior paint job. Looks sharp now! If you go early in the morning, you're likely to have to place to yourself.”

“The change machine took $20 and the phone # said it wasn’t assigned. I had found the email for the owner Salina of Facebook and sent an email.
Salina responded the next day. Salina refunded the $20 and explained why the phone # wasn’t working; she was out of country so she wasn’t receiving the calls.”
