Communication was difficult and we miscommunicated a number of times about when they could install the hitch.
But what makes this a five star review is that when the manager, Sonia, came in she helped me understand where things had gone wrong. She went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to make it right. Ultimately she brought an employee in special to put on my hitch.
When I didn’t think they could do the job I called around for someone else to do the work and even counting a lost day of work as part of the price due to miscommunication their cost was hundreds less than other hitch installers.”
