Today, Martha (according to the cashier name on the receipt), charged me for nineteen individual bananas and then then tried to keep my receipt coupon for herself. When receipt and coupon both printed out, she asked if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. Instead of handing everything to me, she further asked me if I wanted just the receipt and began passing the receipt to me and separating the coupon for herself. I had tell this lady “No. I want BOTH (the receipt AND coupon).” Before all that I placed a shopping basket that included THREE banana bunches inside of it. I don’t know how, or why, or when she put two of those bunches off to the side, but when I got home there was only ONE bunch (6 bananas) amongst the bagged groceries she put back on the counter. The only time I looked away was when I had to punch in my telephone number into the payment terminal in case I had a coupon or could earn cash back. I tried calling the store five times once I realized what she did. No answer.

What ever you do absolutely ***DO NOT*** use this place as a FedEx drop location. These people had me running back and forth with FedEx for two different packages. This is the closest dollar General to my home and they DO NOT ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE EVER!!!! So I now have to make two trips to this store and can't even call to verify they have my package before wasting more gas. After I figure these packages out I WILL NEVER SHOP OR USE THIS AS A DROP LOCATION EVER AGAIN. And the wait in the line is horrible!!!

Have the worst computer system. It is always messing up. And they won't open another register. All 3 of them will try for 30 minutes to fix it, instead of opening another. Line was half around n store

This Dollar General only has one cashier and everything is piled up and dirty. There are Cobb webs on the ceilings. Disgusting filthy store.

I will never shop at another Dollar general again- mark my words. That is the most poorly run business at all locations with the worst employees sorry -cut and dry I've done 10 years of research now.
They only get worse.

The people are rude we showed up at 9:01 and they were already closing up the doors and when we asked the lady are y'all closing she weighed her arms at us like I guess not since y'all just pulled people here are rude the store is cluttered and they don't ever want to do their job they just want to do the bare minimum I'm not satisfied with my experience in the store the only reason we come here is because it is closest to our house if I have one closer I would go there they just need to shut this door down since nobody wants to work and do their job

This store us highly unorganized and hard to shop. The merchandise is supposed to have designated aisles but, you find items mixed on various aisles.Even when items are on the correct aisles, they are so mixed. The shelves are not zoned on some aisles.Pri ces are missing many on shelves. Some items do have prices on the bottom of them. Even when prices are on the shelves, items are so mixed y it's hard to know what price is for what. It'd take an hour to decipher.The store is not cleaned thoroughly. Fingerprints and smudges are all over the glass doors of the coolers.The produce cooler is never fully stocked.The produce prices are high.The store seems to have some decent prices on about 1/3 of the items and 2/3 of the items are higher. I assume this is to make up for the lower price items.It will take some time, but the store needs to be thoroughly zoned. This will make stocking so much easier to stock.The store is dark. Better lighting is needed. Maybe some accent lights on each aisle.The bulk displays need to have good-size price signs. Put the bulk items on pallets, not on the metal cats. These cards are too big and make the store more crowded than it already is.Items that are damaged or missing parts need to be marked down.When placing items out front for sale, make sure it's placed neatly.Have cashiers learn to scan more rapidly. Items scanned per minute can be tracked.Managers don't need to spend the majority of their day on a register. They need to manage. Yes, budgets are tight. I believe a neater store, items zoned and priced, fully stocked shelves, and rapid service will increase sales. You will then be able to pay managers a little more and hire enough employees to keep the store in top shape.Corporate needs to realize that we, the customer comparison shop. We can find items at Dollar Tree and Walmart that give more value for the cost. That doesn't mean you don't have some good buys. However, fewer great buys will cause one to hold off a couple of days and then go to a competitor.Better pay with some benefits and full-time jobs will attract employees who will be more motivated.Just some things this store and corporate need to take to heart.
