“Great place. Store is clean and the staff is professional. The manager, Nick, is awesome. Thoroughly explains everything in detail and doesn't try to upsale you. All polite and professional. All merchandise seems to be of pretty good quality. They aren't selling you broken stuff. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had an exceptional experience at the store thanks to Assistant Store Manager Kristopher and the new trainee Kim. They provided amazing service by being incredibly patient and walking David through his account thoroughly. They also recommended the 14-day trial Wi-Fi, which was a great suggestion. I'm very happy with the service and excited to try out the Wi-Fi. Thank you, Kristopher and Kim, for your excellent help!”

“RJ was Amazing, my family canceled their lines with T-Mobile but because of RJ’s great customer service I decided to keep my work lines and tablets and watch with T-Mobile. People like RJ are becoming harder to find with skills that are very rare now a days btw I am a 20 yr customer that would have been lost had it not been for RJ That guy deserves a raise and a beer”

“Good 7-Eleven! Clean store. They are aware of the rewards programs and they also know how to load cash on to the 7-Eleven wallet while the Rigsby stores are helpless with any technology. They fight to keep this store clean despite all the vagrants hovering around.”

“The employees are super friendly and I got a orange kitchen aid mixer to complete my kitchen wall collection. I have looked for this color forever. Thanks again. Update. Item does not work. Luckily im just using as a display piece and my husband has worked on them in the past and can fix it. But how do you take a item from someone for pawn or selling to you and not check if the item works first. With 6 employees in the store when I went in and only one other person besides me in the store shopping. Wow As someone who goes to alot of pawn shops shopping I definitely wouldnt return to this one. Cause they had to no item didnt work when they put it on the shelf.”

“I have been doing business here for years. I had a pawn that I was late in paying and when I went to pay. My Pawn was pulled and already in layaway with a new buyer. At that time Lawrence was Manager and he made it happen. He called the owner that had my necklace on layaway and I was able to get my necklace back. I hate to see the Old employees leave because you get use to them. And they do there job well.”
