“I love it here, I treat myself once a month, me and a friend. They have specials every single month, change their menu for constant variety, have bright and clearly labeled pictures of products, are not stingy with a single thing, make most things on the spot so it's fresh, have the nicest employees that are clearly happy employees and I've never once had an issue or regretted a purchase. I hope to keep up my little tradition for many years to come. Thank yall so much for the birthday prize too, that was really sweet to do for your customers.”
“Competitive prices for liquor. They have a fair selection of good brands. Two locations to serve you. This is the one on the SE Side Of San Antonio. Not a fancy place but you can get what you need. Not that I'm qualified to judge racism but the staff have good hearts. They might look like mean bad A peeps but they're just teddy bears with an eye for business. They do give back to the community. They have ice also for your mixing needs. Get your lotto tickets here too! Located next to what was Mr. & Mrs. G's. Hopefully they can get back open again soon. “Pretty good selection of liquor. They had Buffalo Trace and Weller Special reserve in stock in 750ml and 1.75l bottles. I guess someone ordered a Blanton’s and never picked it up so they let me buy it. First time ever being allowed to buy a Blanton’s off the shelf. Prices were very fair too.”
“I have not been disappointed by any closures here, but I empathize with the folks put off by them and the owner of this small business. My family has lived in the area since 1982 and I have seen liquor stores come and go. Face it, this area has no convenient big name stores. I'm going to defend my favorite local liquor with this simple fact for me. They have what I like at the best price within a couple of miles. The current staff as of November 2022 are friendly, professional and helpful without crowding you. Good help is still hard to find these days.”
