Best bank I've dealt with since I've done banking. I deposit checks using the app, so easy and convenient. Don't charge to replace cards like previous bank. Now the debit has tap feature, more convenience.
Seen lots of complaints about long lines, if you already know, why go on those days? Also complaints about fees, I've never had any but then again, they have different types of savings and checking accounts, choose the right one, simple as that. Also, why not just have your checks direct deposited to your account?
I can't speak for anyone else but I think this is one of the best banks to bank with. I just wish they had a stand alone bank for people that like doing business via drive thru. I hardly go to the branches, 98% of all my banking is done through the app.
Also, I don't like the $1 charge for using Zelle but I don't use it much so it's aight.

The ladies here are always busy helping others, they have great work ethic, and they respond well to their costumer medical emergency. Great place to bank.

I have been in this bank for almost 5 yes everything was ok but just recently they began to change their rules they been taking $12 each month. I was bearly catching up but , but $12 each month for monthly payments nope don't work for me so I got out.

Some time ago my wife opened a checking account and she deposit an amount of money it was suppose to be like a piggy bank for my grandson who is now 2 years old... My wife and I would save money at home for him then deposit it at this bank turns out the the bank charged her for not depositing money on time the thing is that the girl employee told us that it would not be necessary since we are over 55 … the girl employee is no longer employed there she has since left. Why lie to customers just to encourage them to open an account ?

No questions asked 5 star automatically...I had replaced both my card and my daughters card in corpus well I hardly use my daughters long story short my daughters card has been nothing but problems...mysteriously getting block by it’s self...card not being registered etc...got to give these two ladies credit...I myself thought I was being historical because of the card problems I been having and to drive to The Valley to find out my card wasn’t registered to my account was so frustrating...thank you both for helping me get my card running...if it wasn’t because of you both I probably wouldn’t be driving back to Corpus thank youClaudia landerosYJenessa Esquierdo
