A girl , her name is Rosie, activated a new line for me and she said it was the 60.00 plan. And guess what she gave me a 40.00 dollar plan she charged me 125.00 dollars and couldn't give me a receipt cause the register wasn't working ,I don't know why she would do something like that ,I was trying to download the Amazon app. And it didn't work ,why because she made me believe that in order for me to get the phone free it had to be that plan ,but it was the 40.00 plan ,I already called customer service ,they told me to go talk it out with her ,and if they owed me money ,to call them back,

I went to go make a payment and was asking for help on how to remove an add on to my account. The employee Kassandra , kept rolling her eyes and said no I can’t help you just call customer service. I understand you might not be able to personably call for the customer but there is better ways to communicate such as I’m sorry we are not allowed to do that but gladly I can provide you with the number but no all she kept saying was I can’t help you and rolling her eyes. Sorry but you need better employees.

I purchased a phone On Sunday Upgraded i paid $240 to upgrade am not satisfied with my phone wanted to do an exchange for different phone and employee tell me they can't do exchanges or anything can't help at all ask to speak to manager not in till Thursday nor is there an assistant manager If employee that that was helping me warned me about there policy before purchased I would of known she just did the transfer without explaing anything about no returns or anything ! Am just not satisfied with my phone I purchased ...I recommend for employee to let costumer know about return policy etc thank you

Bad customer service. Bought IPhone 3 week later it froze took it back to store and was told to take it to best buy. Don't spend time and money there. Poor and pathetic. Don't recommend.
