I come here to get my oil changed with no issue. But I recently needed to get my AC fixed. I was given a quote and agreed to have the freon and uv detection. I sent my sister to take it in and she was told they need to charge her by the hour $150 to $200 per hour. I then call in to speak to someone as I am at work and could not go in person. For the clerk to tell me they don't even have the machine needed to fill the freon. So the person she spoke to just tried to screw her over and I think that is a horrible business practice. Shameful! WTH?

Brought it in for an ac fix $500, they did a good job and fair price. But none of that matters if they jacked up my car's ignition lock, and now can't turn my car on.
Don't expect anything more than a sorry when something goes wrong.

This happened in 2022: wow, I came in the door and I'm the only other person in the lobby besides a lady leaving her keys at the front desk and even when she leaves, my existence isn't acknowledged. One of the mechanics sees me standing at the desk twice and twice he turns back to his computer. Another mechanic comes in while I'm standing there and likewise ignores me. Only the owner greeted me.
This stings even more when I'm here to pay a $1000+ bill.
Every time I have taken my car here they do a good job but this last time when they replaced the fan, I expected things to go back to normal as they were and instead the fan makes a lot of vibrating noise for example if I leave it in park or I am stopped at a light for a bit too long. I took it back and asked the technician to check it or maybe the fan is unbalanced or something as they told me in Fiesta Chevrolet... But when I needed the damn thing to make noise so the technician could see and hear it it didn't and he said that it is fine... I disagree. I may not know anything about mechanics but I do know that when something is fixed it should be left as it originally was. As if nothing were wrong.
I know prices have increased everywhere but jfc a diagnostic is ridiculous.

Was buying a car and wanted to do car diagnose inspection so I'll have a better ease of mind. They said everything good. And the guy I was buying it from apparently know them. The next day, the check engine light came on. I was expecting They should've done an OBD scan that can detect if the engine light was erased etc, but apparently they didn't. And I thought they would send me a copy of the diagnose, coz obviously I don't really know cars like whatever the technician said I wouldn't be able to remember it. Now I have to deal with this 3 engine light code. ?

Great service nice people. Great price for my oli change. They also showed me that I needed a new air filter. The only thing is that now my truck is sprinkling oil and it didn't do that before. And they were super fast. So I have to call or go in to see what's up with that. That's why only 2 * other than that I probably would have given it all 5.
They broke my oil checking thing too. I also had no change in my filter according to the other mechanic I went to.
