Elsa is a cute little town but the only flaw here is the post office. Most of us need po boxes and occasionally have issues receiving packages.

I was told by usps to put my pobox next to my name due to issues with the address.
They keep marking my packages as insufficient address/returned. Even tho it has both my pobox and physical address. Please start checking the full info. I’m tired of my items being sent back, because you can’t follow your own guidelines.
