Unprofesional business
Over the course of my long-standing business with this body shop, I have consistently relied on the exceptional services provided by Paul, ensuring seamless and efficient operations every time vehicles were worked on. Despite a change in management, there has been a shift in the customer service aspects of the company due to the new person in charge’s approach to customer interactions.
Insurance contacted the shop to inquire about repairing a vehicle, but subsequently reversed their decision. Upon reaching out to the shop to understand the reason, I was informed by him that he doubted my satisfaction. This was surprising, as I had chosen the shop again and was pleased with the results.
Despite my efforts on making the individual understand my satisfaction and to accept the vehicle for repair, he remained steadfast in his refusal. When I asked why he was upset he revealed that he was concerned about the previous incident involving the vehicle. He expressed a reluctance to do business with someone who would accuse his shop of damaging a customer’s vehicle and potentially damage his reputation with insurance companies.
In essence, my vocal advocacy for something that was damaged led the shop to deny service to me and my household. Vehicle owners are typically well-versed in their vehicles. Exercise caution if you express dissatisfaction or raise concerns, as the individual may abruptly terminate business with you and your household, as they did with me. This behavior, in my opinion, constitutes discrimination and rudeness. It is possible that individuals from different ethnicities may receive more favorable treatment.

Sorry but not sorry...1st I called and got no answer. Then the voicemail is full. When I finally get a hold of someone they tell me to bring my car in to look at what needs to be done so a couple days later I take it up there and no one is available to schedule anything for work on my car. The guy in the office tells me the scheduler isnt there but would let him know so he can call me but never received a call! So I wasted time taking it up there since no one could really look at it to give me a quote! Guess they don't care about my business or word of mouth to the large East Texas car club I belong to. I'll call another shop then...
